    *Harvest moon(お月見・十五夜・中秋の名月) traditionally we eat dango (Japanese dumplings) but in Japan today, eating eggs is also common because they look like full moon.
    *Drop lid(落し蓋) is one of the Japanese useful cocking technique when you boil in the pots. It helps cook well in the short time.
