Hey 👋 I am week 3 and came across your channel. I have also had negative feedback on my channel. I knew the same that people would have their opinions but it’s my journey and we cannot please everyone. I will be following your journey and supporting you 🎉
My wife has been on Mounjaro for 4 months. Her blood sugar is far more stable and has lost around 40 pounds. I was so impressed with her progress that I started the medication earlier this week.
@@hannahelisa232 That is tough to say, because neither of us are counting them. Instead we are both practicing time restricted eating. She is doing 16:8 fasting where she has a window of 8 hours to eat two modest meals, which is usually a small snack and one larger meal. I practice OMAD which is one meal each day. We're both continuing to lose a steady 10 to 12 pounds per month.
Thanks for being so open about how you've always felt around food. I was laughing through the pasty and cheesecake stories because I recognised myself so much! This is what so many people don't seem to understand - it's easy to make good choices when your brain is quiet around food. Trying to silence a mind that is physiologically primed to eat at every opportunity is exhausting, which is why simply focusing on calorie control usually doesn't work long term for those of us who are wired this way.
Great video. Just started Zepbound 5 days ago. I’m a primary care doctor (what they call a GP in your neck of the woods). Although very early in our understanding of how it works, studies so far have shown a reduction in cancer deaths overall for people on GLP-1 agonists, and not related to the amount of weight lost. Also, unless you’re mixing Polonium-210 in your yogurt, yogurt will definitely not cause cancer. Thanks for persevering despite interesting (and likely well meaning) comments.
Good luck on your journey. You are a lovely person and so interesting. I think you are very wise taking your time with increasing the dosage. Well done. xxx
I am really pleased I came across your videos, I was in 2 minds as to whether up the dose to 5mg but took the same decision as you to stick at 2.5mg that if it is working then stick with it rather than potentially start having some side effects which I haven’t really experienced . I have lost 15lbs in the first 3 weeks and really pleased with results. You are really easy to,listen to as well so thankyou
As a fellow early menopause ( due to cancer) person. I have also started the same journey, on week 9 staying on 2.5mg for now, things that have really helped me is prioritising protein, not calorie counting, taking B12, vitamin D, magnesium and collagen to help with avoiding loose skin, adding protein powder to your arvo coffee really helps to hit your daily protein goals, my inflammation has gone down massively and i feel so much better, congratulations on your progress 😊
I am on week 2, from your video I started my journey 5 pounds like you first week, I have been waiting for this video, you are such a lovely lady and I will be watching your journey about this and also your lovely daughter so thank you x
I used your code so thank you. I’d been thinking about starting on mounjaro too but watching your video last week was reassuring and I took the decision. Week one and I feel great so far. No side effects but I’m ready for them should they happen. 5lbs lost which is unheard of for me. That never happens. So pleased I decided to do this for myself. I feel very positive for my journey ahead. Thank you so much for sharing yours xx
Hi Helen, well done on your weight loss so far, lovely. Bless you I do love your channel, you are what I call what you see is what you get girl, so honest and down to earth, never change. Take care xx
Well done! I'm currently on my 2nd week of 2.5mg and so far no side effects other than a mild headache...I get those anyway so may not be the medication. Lost 3lbs my first week, the one thing I have noticed is that my stomach does not rumble anymore! It's so strange, I do still feel hunger at times but no belly rumble....odd haha x
Love this video, just finished week and also know the chemo and steroid effects. Thanks for sharing how to do the injections as I wasn’t confident I was doing it correctly ❤
My nutritionist gave me a great solution to constipation. Buy some whole flax seeds(not ground) 1 tablespoon in a cup pour on boiling water. Leave for 20 minutes then drain and drink water. Do this I evening. Works a treat. Thanks for sharing your journey
Definitely wise to stay on a lower dose if its still working. Always best to take the least amount of medicine you can get away with, if you're getting the desired effects. Also, thank you for this vlog, you showing how the pen works is really helpful. I have just received my first dose in the post today and I'm nervous and trying to decide when to start. Maybe this evening, but I think a Wednesday is a good day, so I may wait and copy you there 🙂
As long as I’m losing slowly I’m happy with that. I’d rather stay on a low dose and keep side effects to a minimum. I think a Wednesday or Thursday is a good day to start then you get the maximum suppression over the weekend. Weekends are where i usually struggle most with food noise so it’s working well for me. I was nervous the first time but now it’s a lot easier. Good luck x
Hi Helen, Well done on your progress so far ! Youre looking great .Never mind the naysayers unfortunnately there will always be negative comments. Keep doing you ❤
Great to see your progress 👍, I’m just 1 week in and absolutely amazed! I’m normally like a Labrador eating all the time and never fulfilled with anything! Keep up the good work 👍
I have just made my first order using your code. Thank you for allowing us on your journey, you’re doing so well. I’ve spent a while researching and I can’t wait to start on my journey. I’m at my heaviest weight and feel so embarrassed. Keep on being you 💞💞
I just took my first dose of Mounjaro last night. I had some cramping a few hours later but thankfully was able to sleep through it. Felt dizzy this morning but nothing too severe. Not feeling much else but it’s very early. I’ve been trying to lose weight recently and not much has shifted so after toying with the idea of MJ I decided to go for it. Loved this video and will be looking forward to updates as I go through the same journey. I watched lots of your cancer videos a while ago. I had a bit of a scare back then which didn’t turn out to be anything sinister, but your videos were so informative that it put my mind at rest while I waited for results. Thank you 😊
Great video Helen, you helped me make my decision to start my own MJ. I have ordered my first pen and will start next week. I will keep watching your journey and good luck :)
I just watched your 1st week video and then this one. You look like a completely different person!!! Still gorgeous but the swelling has gone down CONSIDERABLY!! Good Luck!
I'm going into my 8th week and today I hit the 1 stone loss . Super happy!! X you made me laugh out load about you sitting and watching your sister eat . 😂
Hi Helen ! Congrats Chick -well done on your weightloss ❤ You do exactly what you want to do and ignore everyone else - no I am not going to tell anyone to “shut up” lol, but there will always people that disagree I have lost over 5 stone one weightloss medication and guess what once you come off it - it is easy to maintain - you have probably adapted a more healthy eating food plan - stick to this when you come off and you will be absolutely fine ❤❤❤
I’m feeling very similar to you. After 30+ years of struggling with my weight, restricting and then bringing over and over again, I feel so much more in control. I’ve only had one 2.5 dose so far as well
Hi well done on your weight loss so far. I am also on this journey nearly at the end of week one. I’m so glad I found your video. As your journey is just in front of mine it’s nice to have the tips and advice thank you ☺️
Hi. I started taking mounjaro just over a week ago. Had my 2nd injection Wednesday morning. I am like you and usually lose slowly, but was really pleased to have lost 4lb. I have not had any side effects, but find it hard to eat after 6pm. Well done on your lose so far.
As with any caloric restriction, you will lose muscle as well as fat. Prioritising protein and vegetables as you noted, exercising (especially resistance training) will help counter this and help keep your metabolism up. As to gaining weight after stopping, as you said it's something to worry about then. But one thing that can apparently help is to taper off rather than simple stop (ie if you stay on 2.5, half dosing, if you do end up on 5mg, going back to 2.5mg etc). From personal experience, I'd recommend watching your mineral intake, esp electrolytes. Magnesium citrate esp will help, doubly so with... any bowel movement issues. I love your attitude, well done and keep going 💪
I've been thinking of asking my GP for a prescription for this medication. I'm way overweight and my blood pressure has recently gone up. I'm in my 60s and never really had a problem with weight gain until I had a baby at 38. I think my hormones and other issues are to blame. In any case, losing weight will decrease my chances of having a stroke and also heart disease which runs in my family. Watching your videos has helped me to make this decision. Thank you for sharing your journey and keep up the good work. ❤❤❤❤
Hi Helen. Great video. And you do you. Don’t get caught up in negativity. I’ve been taking mounjaro for 18 weeks and not increased past 5mg. I’m now navigating maintenance. Constipation comes and goes from week to week. I’ve found taking senokot works best for me. 2 tablets before bed usually takes 2-3 days to get back to normal. Good luck for the next 4 weeks.
As soon as I saw the video I could tell you have lost weight straight away in your face! I’m laughing my head off about the cheesecake thing because that is me😂 so mad that food can control your mind so much! Sounds like you’re doing really well as long as you’re happy that’s all that matters ❤❤
thanks for sharing your journey! on week 6 and decided like you to stick with 2.5mg. I have PCOS and that the only thing that helped me shift the weight. so far 13.3lbs 😊. hoping it continues x
The vet has today given us calming tablets ahead of fireworks night , to take daily until the fireworks stop being let off . The tablets are Yumove calming care ( cheaper at Amazon wish I had realised 🤦🏻♀️) . Your looking well and I’m glad things are working for you . X
Well done Helen! I’m currently on orlistat prescribed by my gp and lost 13lbs in just over 2 weeks! I will continue to take for 3 months and see what I think, otherwise might try this one, I saw them both on med express so you may of seen it. And love watching you 😊xx
I've just come across your channel ❤ I'm on week 3 so far. Weight loss is 16 pounds! I'm very lucky with side effects. I had the odd headache in week one, and stomach cramps usually the day after the injection. The cramps are like period pains to me. I suffer constipation anyway, but since this diet I'm more regular. I am never hungry which is bizarre. The mounjaro has been amazing for me. X
Hi helen you look great I’m also on mounjaro and the fibre gummies I don’t feel they work either but still take them was also on my journey by wellguard had to stop them made me so sick 🤢 good luck on ur weight loss journey ❤
You’re a little cutie congratulations on your positive start. It’s also pleasant to listen to your voice, so many shouters on TH-cam that put me right off. Xx nice find ❤beautiful eyes. I’m just starting first SW weigh in tomorrow (6 stones to go)
Hi Helen, Ive enjoyed your update and glad its going well, also the chat as always you make me smile, And I agree it is just people's opinions, and you should stick to what you want to do, i do read other comments and completely understand why you have mentioned it, some do get a bit high rate lol, I loved your jumper/ sweatshirt looked really cosy, Well keep up the good work Helen and see you in the next one 💞
I’ve just watched your videos and decided to take the plunge. I’ve placed my order I’m hoping it works. The annoying thing is I have a really healthy diet but my downfall is evenings I just can’t get a grip on my appetite even though I’ve eaten really well during the day. The constant thinking about food is so soul destroying and all consuming. Wish me luck I’m needle phobic so I’m hoping I’ll get through it 😬
Hello Helen 😊I just wanted to thank you 🙏for your video - I am in my 60s and started Mounjaro last Sunday - your video has made me feel positive about doing this - I did get nausea feeling on day 2 and the shakes which was a little scary but thankfully I feel fine now and its day 5 - got some anti-sickness pills from the Dr in case I feel it again - and also I have heard that bicarbonate of soda in water is great if you feel that indigestion feeling building up - but like you I want to stay on the lowest dose possible if its working then why increase it? Thank you for helping me to feel more confident about this ❤hugs Michele xxx
Well done on your weight loss. I now have cheek bones😊. I’ve noticed since starting MJ, my acid reflux has gone. It use to be painful. But it’s completely gone now 😊
Firstly, well done, secondly you randomly popped up on my feed having never seen you before but loving your MJ videos. I’ve been on MJ since June of this year and have lost 6 stone and have noticed so many other benefits other than the weight loss. It’s an amazing drug. However, I wish I’d stuck at 2.5 as long as possible. All this MJ stuff is still obviously very new, especially then and because it said 2.5 was a starter dose to ease your body in, I didn’t realise you could stay on it past week 4. I really wish I had because I was losing weight. When I went up to the 5mg, it was awful for me. I had really bad constipation, heartburn and acid reflux. I was miserable and to top it off, I wasn’t really losing any weight. It was like 1lbs one week, maintain the next, 1lbs off the next and I actually gained 2lbs one of the weeks too for no reason. So I felt I had to go to 7.5mg and what a difference. All those side effects disappeared and I started losing again. I’ve stayed on 7.5 as I also believe you should stay on a dose as long as you are still losing weight. This isn’t to scare you by the way, my wife was totally fine on the 5mg and had no side effects at all. I guess men and women’s bodies are just different and the 5mg obviously just didn’t agree with me. One thing I hope you can talk about in your next video is the placement of your injection site. When I had my consultation prior to receiving my first pen, I was told that if you inject into the stomach, it has to be an inch from your belly button in any direction, so up/down and left/right but you injected away to the side? Were you told different info? Other people have said it but electrolytes are a game changer. I have so much more energy now. I started with liquid I.V but they are expensive so I got a tube of tablets you drop in water and they dissolve from Asda. Does the same thing and I feel the same. Looking forward to your next update. New subscriber from me 😊
Thanks for the update. You are just a week or so in front of me. I'm in week 3 and I've lost 12 lbs. I'm over the moon and like you I'm staying on 2.5mg for my next pen which I've ordered. My appetite suppression like yours is really strong first 4 days then end of the week I too feel in control. That's a great way to describe it. Ignore the haters keyboard worriers are twats! I really don't like the heartburn/constipation but aside from that no side effects for me. Loving this journey xx
hi i came across your channel as im doing mounjaro too but its rare i come across some one who also has lipodema and lymthadima too sorry for the spelling i always get it wrong lol i have it im my arms and legs its horrible and it mke me look way larger then i should be, look forward to your future videos :D
Hiya. You just appeared on my feed 😊 LMNT are good electrolytes to help your body absorb water. Healing the gut can also improve our body’s natural GLP1 apparently. A good probiotic may help along with what you are taking. Good luck on your journey.
I did 3 months on Mounjaro at the beginning of the year and lost a lot of weight. More importantly my BMI went from obese to normal in those 3 months. I have no health issues but at 60 I’m very aware of my general health. I would say those first 3 months reset my natural weight because much as I have put on weight as I always do when the weather gets cold, I’m not anything like so heavy as before. I’m just embarking (week2 of 2.5mg) on my next round of 3 months to take me through the cold months. Right now the 2.5mg isn’t having as much effect as the 1st time around and that includes fewer side effects. Come week 4 and I’ll be interested to see if the 2.5mg had much of an impact.
Hi, I’ve been on Mounjaro for a couple of months, had terrible legs cramps and restless legs, I took magnesium anyway as I have fibromyalgia but I found out I needed a stronger one, I use one from Amazon that contains 6 types of magnesium, the leg cramps stopped straight away and helps me sleep massively, would definitely recommend, I also by electrolytes on Amazon too, good luck xx
Leg cramps... try adding electrolytes to your water. (and drink tons of water!) Look into taking magnesium (it also keeps you regular). Congrats on your success so far. You have a great attitude and are very sweet. I applaud your decision to stay on 2.5mg. I was able to stay on it for 2 months. As long as you don't have food noise and your satiety is good, stay on each dose as long as possible. But, if it stops working, don't fret about going up! Many people get so wrapped up in staying on a dose, but then struggle. listen to your body. You got this!! 🎉❤ I started June 24th at 358lbs. I have lost 45lbs... my goal weight is 155-160. I am using compound tirzepatide so I can adjust my dose in smaller increments. I went from 2.5mg (8 weeks) and then to 3.5mg, then 4.5mg and now I am very steady and happy at about 5mg to 5.5mg. Sometimes I go down point 5 mg if things are really good. Each week is different depending on how I feel. I make sure I have no food noise. I do get hungry, but at all the right times, so I eat a healthy protein focused meal and I am satisfied for 4 to 6 hours. I think it is good to feel REAL hunger. Very different than before the medication. I was exactly like you... eyeballing people's food, and thinking always about my next meal or snack. ❤
You made it look easy to inject I’m struggling to push the plunger in not sure if I’m doing it right any ideas , I’m on my 3rd injection with no side affects think I might need to drink more water but it’s not my thing ,great to listen to your positive attitude I’m glass half empty person keep it up 😊
Hi, I'm im new to your channel but just want to let you know how I'm getting on 😊 I've been on MJ for 16 weeks now and lost 31lb. I'm 5ft 1 and started at 14st 7lb. I'm a slow loser 1-2lb a week (but it all adds up!) I suffered mercilessly for a long time with side effects (nausea, diarrhea, cramps, bloating) and eventually spoke to my GP. He basically told me.. the first 3 days after injection your stomach is at its highest in gastroparesis, so to not eat large meals (or eat late) to avoid feeling poorly. After day 4 you're ok to eat more, and it's worked a treat for me. No more side effects. I'm only on 5mg still. So my advice would be don't eat after 6-7pm (if you do, have something easily digestible like soup, weetabix etc) and also small portions are the best within the first 3 days of injection. You probably are already doing this but just thought I'd share for anyone else suffering side effects as it may help them too 😊 Will you be documenting your journey weekly or monthly? Look forward to seeing how you're getting on x
@babblingbythebrook hi helen I am good I am going to morroco end of November so I am back on a diet trying to loose weight I have lost ten pounds but it has took me months to loose it I am glad you are happy on you weight lose journey this time don't listen to bad comments ,I am so happy for you and Tom being mummy and daddy to you wee new princess take care anne from Scotland
I’m a type 2 diabetic and talking to my diabetic nurse and having my glucose numbers going up she asked if I wanted to go on this type of medication. I was hesitant at first having seen what it’s done to Sharon Osborn I didn’t want to look like that. I go tomorrow to the pharmacy to pick up my first pen then next Wednesday “funny everyone seems to inject on a Wednesday “ my diabetic nurse is going to watch me inject myself I’m used to the needle as I have to keep my eye on the blood numbers and that involves using lancets. I won’t lie I’m scared especially of the side effects and one piece of advice she told me was that this Mounjaro drug can attack the pancreas so if you get stomach pains (sure she never meant cramps) she advises to stop taking it and talk to your doctor. I’m not trying to scare anyone but I noticed a lot of people order on line and not through their own doctors so I thought you needed to know this is a possible side effect. I have my fingers crossed I wish every one on here great success sounds like you are getting there. Love and best wishes from 🇬🇧
I'm on my 2nd week lost 7lb in my 1st week . Only slight heartburn but otherwise I think it's bloody amazing. I've always had large glands they have gone down . Inflammation is the same as you I can really see it on my wrists . This is life changing , oh & I don't count calories just eat 3 healthy small meals but food I fancy ❤
@@ThatGuyGravesy side effects haven’t been great the last couple of days so I haven’t been able to film. Aiming to film do an 8 week update this week and upload on Sunday hopefully 🤞
@ThatGuyGravesy how have you found your first week? I’m okay thanks it was just a bad couple of days. I’m putting being ill down to mounjaro side effects but it may have been a sickness bug as my little girl has been poorly too. I have a vlog to upload today/tomorrow and then hopefully the mounjaro update will be the end of the week. It’s all going really well though 😊
@ I was terrified on Friday when I took it, I have a history of health anxiety and immediately after taking it I nearly had a panic attack, other than that I’ve been fine really had the usual aches in stomach and lower back but suppression didn’t really kick in till 3rd day but lost 5lb so far I only really want to lose a stone and half on it but just hoping I don’t get any bad side effects
I had my second jab on Sunday so halfway through my second week and omg I cannot stop burping and it stinks💀 apparently it's the reflux, sulphur stomach acid, so gross. I've had to double my relfux medication. I force myself to eat now. Otherwise, I just wouldn't eat anything. I've upped my fruit intake and also have to force water as I don't feel thirsty along with no hunger whatsoever.
Well done on your weight loss, you really made me laugh about the cheesecake I can relate to that, I would sit and watch them hoping they would leave some then make out I wasn’t that bothered about it when offered the left overs and snatch it quick before they changed their minds lol xx
I am starting my Mounjaro journey today and was wondering if you had to chnage your diet much? I have 2 stone to loose and thats pretty much around my stomach and wondered if the weight has come off a certain area ...the only fat i have is around my stomach and i`m hoping this will target my fat....anyway great vid and keep up the good work.
Im 36 , stsrted this wednesday. Nausea is main thing at moment . Whats your exersice routine? Just subscribed to your chanel. Looking forward to hearing more about your journey
hey there, looks like you doing great! .... I had my first jab 2 days ago but not noticed any appetite suppression as of yet .... how long after the first jab did you start to notice less hunger? thanks and keep up there vids, its great to see other peoples journeys :) ..... I'm prob just being impatient and need to wait longer for it to kick in. LOL
Hi, I had the same experience .. I just had my second injection last Thursday and I’m starting to feel the lack of appetite and I’m eating smaller portions. Every body is different and while many experience appetite suppression almost instantly after the first injection, others will take longer time to experience it .. keep going.
🙌I’ve been on GLP-1 over 2 years, lost 50lb and maintaining 113lb over a year. Gained muscle and strength and I’m at 10% BF. Exclusively work out at home. Sharing my weight loss & fitness experience and onjourney on my TH-cam channel💪
Thanks for the update. Made me LOL. when people said they were full up when offered some chocolate or a treat..I’d think. What difference does that make😂. Beware of bananas. Loaded with sugar as is pineapple and grapes. Not all fruit is that healthy. I’m diabetic so have to be wary.

Loved this video and will be looking forward to updates as I go through the same journey. I watched lots of your cancer videos a while ago. I had a bit of a scare back then which didn’t turn out to be anything sinister, but your videos were so informative that it put my mind at rest while I waited for results. Thank you 😊
Wow x great results and even better that you are enjoying the changes x
Great video Helen, you helped me make my decision to start my own MJ. I have ordered my first pen and will start next week. I will keep watching your journey and good luck :)
I just watched your 1st week video and then this one. You look like a completely different person!!! Still gorgeous but the swelling has gone down CONSIDERABLY!! Good Luck!
Hi Helen I start my journey today love your videos and good luck to you x
I'm going into my 8th week and today I hit the 1 stone loss . Super happy!! X you made me laugh out load about you sitting and watching your sister eat . 😂
Hi Helen ! Congrats Chick -well done on your weightloss ❤ You do exactly what you want to do and ignore everyone else - no I am not going to tell anyone to “shut up” lol, but there will always people that disagree
I have lost over 5 stone one weightloss medication and guess what once you come off it - it is easy to maintain - you have probably adapted a more healthy eating food plan - stick to this when you come off and you will be absolutely fine ❤❤❤
Hey hun, thanks for your video, I really want to try this weight loss journey. Your info has helped me, thank you xxx
Love these videos, it's like chatting to a mate!
I’m in week 2. Found this vid very useful. Thanks.
Your dog ... bless her! 😂😂😂 scratching at the door just as u about to inject .... it makes my day 😂😂😂❤❤xx LISA 🇬🇧
I’m just starting first SW weigh in tomorrow (6 stones to go)
Have Kiwi for constipation. My side effects is nausea. I’m only on the 4th week.
Hi Helen,
Ive enjoyed your update and glad its going well, also the chat as always you make me smile,
And I agree it is just people's opinions, and you should stick to what you want to do, i do read other comments and completely understand why you have mentioned it, some do get a bit high rate lol,
I loved your jumper/ sweatshirt looked really cosy,
Well keep up the good work Helen and see you in the next one 💞
I’ve just watched your videos and decided to take the plunge. I’ve placed my order I’m hoping it works. The annoying thing is I have a really healthy diet but my downfall is evenings I just can’t get a grip on my appetite even though I’ve eaten really well during the day. The constant thinking about food is so soul destroying and all consuming. Wish me luck I’m needle phobic so I’m hoping I’ll get through it 😬
Good luck Sandra.. I must admit I'm very, very tempted to take the plunge too 🎉
You look amazing i can see the weight loss already in your face ❤
How’s this journey going? please do an update . I’m on this journey as well ❤
Well done on your weight loss. I now have cheek bones😊. I’ve noticed since starting MJ, my acid reflux has gone. It use to be painful. But it’s completely gone now 😊
That’s amazing!! i just feel so much better in general x
Ha, I’m watching this in bed with a cup of that exact chamomile tea! Also started MJ from medexpress 2 weeks ago, fingers crossed eh! 🌻
I really love your summary! My thoughts exactly!❤
You’ve done amazing!! Well done! I will definitely look into taking magnesium. Thank you so much for this advice ❤️
Do you plan to get skin removal surgery?
hi helen you are looking gr8 ,i noticed the weight loss on your face too xx
Waiting patiently for an update 😬
You made it look easy to inject I’m struggling to push the plunger in not sure if I’m doing it right any ideas , I’m on my 3rd injection with no side affects think I might need to drink more water but it’s not my thing ,great to listen to your positive attitude I’m glass half empty person keep it up 😊
Could you please tell me when you get the needle from and how does it work? Could you let me know?
I just took my first injection today. Don’t listen to the negative people. They are rude!
Keep up the good work. I enjoy your video and information.
You’re welcome:-) I mentioned leaving it in 5-10 seconds after it reaches 0.
Hi, I'm im new to your channel but just want to let you know how I'm getting on 😊 I've been on MJ for 16 weeks now and lost 31lb. I'm 5ft 1 and started at 14st 7lb. I'm a slow loser 1-2lb a week (but it all adds up!)
I suffered mercilessly for a long time with side effects (nausea, diarrhea, cramps, bloating) and eventually spoke to my GP.
You probably are already doing this but just thought I'd share for anyone else suffering side effects as it may help them too 😊
Will you be documenting your journey weekly or monthly? Look forward to seeing how you're getting on x
I’m thinking monthly with a few what I eat in a day videos too. Well done on losing 31lvs that’s amazing x
You are doing great! I am staying on 2.5 as well. Until I don’t see any more benefits from this dose. Taking my week 6 dose on Saturday.
Hi from Scotland hi helen i am so happy for you great your loosing weight great wee vidio you do what makes you happy take care anne from Scotland
Hi Anne. How are you? Thank you for watching as always. Hope you are well ❤️ xx
I go tomorrow to the pharmacy to pick up my first pen then next Wednesday “funny everyone seems to inject on a Wednesday “
my diabetic nurse is going to watch me inject myself I’m used to the needle as I have to keep my eye on the blood numbers and that involves using lancets.
Love and best wishes from 🇬🇧
Well done on your first month
It sounds like no full use instructions were included in the pack?!!! There should be included including how long you leave the needle in for😮
Awww Helen you do make me laugh 😂😂😂 absolutely interesting vlog thank you 😍🤗
Is there a code for your second pen or is it just for the first one
You only get the money off your first pen x
Hi I'm really nervous about starting the injections and when you reach your goal wieght does the wieght go back up
I'm on my 2nd week lost 7lb in my 1st week . Only slight heartburn but otherwise I think it's bloody amazing. I've always had large glands they have gone down . Inflammation is the same as you I can really see it on my wrists . This is life changing , oh & I don't count calories just eat 3 healthy small meals but food I fancy ❤
Hi wondering if anyone could advise me I ordered mine 2 days ago and it said still under review is this normal ? As they’ve take the money out x
Yes that's normal. I had to wait 4 days and felt the same as you at the time.
Any more updates yet
@@ThatGuyGravesy side effects haven’t been great the last couple of days so I haven’t been able to film. Aiming to film do an 8 week update this week and upload on Sunday hopefully 🤞
@@babblingbythebrook ah good I’m nearing the end of week one now, hope your ok 👍🏻
I haven’t had the burps as a side effect but I’ve heard peppermint tea helps x
@babblingbythebrook I'm going to have to give that a try. The first week, I was fine. Within 2 hours of the second injection, the burps started.
Well done on your weight loss, you really made me laugh about the cheesecake I can relate to that, I would sit and watch them hoping they would leave some then make out I wasn’t that bothered about it when offered the left overs and snatch it quick before they changed their minds lol xx
I did notice in this video that your face does look slimmer: ❤
Hi, do you count calories along side mounjaro?
Magnesium helps with constipation, one a day, good job on your vlog and progress xx
You shouldn’t listen to them bad comments they are just people jealous
Im 36 , stsrted this wednesday.
Nausea is main thing at moment .
Whats your exersice routine? Just subscribed to your chanel.
Looking forward to hearing more about your journey
I am sure I had an email about getting money off your second order, from medexpress, is this true?
I'm on my second week x
hey there, looks like you doing great!
Your looking great 😊
Chia seeds and flax seeds will get you going Helen ( constipation) x
Chia seeds can make constipation worse.
Make sure you’re using the alcohol wipe on your skin to prevent any nasty infections from using a needle!
The manufacturers recommend not doing that. It’s just for the pen nib.
You talking about the cheesecake makes me laugh as this is me!
😂😂😂
great video
Watching for the first time.
I can’t believe that you’re thirty five . I honestly thought that you were about twenty five
No way! She looks 21
