What I really like about this tutorial is how u explain why and where the objects and modifiers need to be used. Not too difficult to understand, but still leaves some space for the student to try out some stuff with the tools.
learned so much from this video, I'm not a new new beginner but still fairly new to making more complex shapes and I loved the way you explained all the tools.
Hello, I had a problem when rendering the wall with the boolean modifiers, when I render the image the cubes with which I made the hole appear even though I hide them
Trying to follow along and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Out the gate from the get go I'm fucking up some how. I've made isometric rooms before using other methods to make the walls and floor. But when you say " tab and then x to delete the vertices" and then you have your room perfectly made. Well I do exactly that and the only thing that deletes is the top face. I do it over and over, again same result over and over. I think oh no big deal I'll just delete the other faces, no biggie. I go to delete them and the edges wont delete. The faces will delete and leaves the edges just floating there highlighted green. I could delete one and then tried with the other and it wouldn't delete. Yknow its probably on me for doing this while I'm sleepy and needing to go to bed but I just cannot understand either 1 what is happening that is causing this weird error or 2 how I am so stupid I can immediately mess up simple instructions literal minutes into the video. Love ya everyone have a good night. post help or advice if ya got it I'm going to try again tomorrow when I'm not sleepy after I get off work. *shrug*

i m a little bit late but can u tell how when u made the window there was hole because when i am rendering it is being shown as a solid
make sure to give the boolean cube (which cuts the window in the wall) a new material and change the principaled bsfd to transparent.
