Ingredients
Curd - 1 cup
Chia seeds/basil seeds - 1 tsp
Banana- 1
Almonds - 6-7(soaked, peeled & chopped)
Honey - 2 tbsp
Granola (for garnish)
Method:-
- In a large mixing bowl, add curd & whisk well till it’s smooth and creamy.
- Add the chia seeds and mix well again.
- Now, add the banana and mash it well with the help of 2 forks, mix well.
- Add honey along with chopped almonds and mix all together well.
- Now, transfer the prepared curd mixture into serving bowls & keep them in the refrigerator for about 8-10 hours to set completely.
- Before serving, garnish the pudding bowls with some crunchy granola.
Serve chilled.
