I hate Missile Thunder, so it's a rare thing indeed for me to take out a jet. When I do, I ground pound in one of the F-84 variants. And even then, I get in, do a thing and run away. My favourite aircraft in game however is the Wyvern. Life has been made more difficult lately with the Il-8 spam. (I have it but I havnae crewed it.) But if the battle task is killing attackers, they are easy to find and easier to get above.
Is there a setting you have to turn on to see if there are missiles locked on to you? Or at least when they try to lock on you? Mine doesn't work as it should. A-10 also. While it shows me which planes are facing my plane it does not show if they have locked on.
