Your tensioner is on the wrong side of the chain. Should be on the slack side which is the bottom. Other than that nice job man. Glad to see some other dads out theee doing cool shit for there kids. Kids like yours and mine will be the gearheads of the new generation.
@@darinjenkins7954 unfortunately no other fabrication video, I was to excited. Also the cost to build w/out the Razo atv was 680, controller throttle Battery and motor
I did same upgrade to my sons quad. Its just too absurd for a poor habdling quad to be going that fast. Downgraded it back to a 1000w motor with higher gearing for more torque. Its much more reasonable and can take him anywhere now

Thanks man appreciate the love for the kids! I have a dual set up on both sides of the chain with spring tension on two pivot points for each roller

It's no problem for my son, kinda slow for him now at age 9.

How did you space out the brake sprocket so the motor fits without buying a motor mount. We have the same dirt quad. Urs fits so snug mine don’t
I flipped the hub around and used spacers to move the brake caliper and rotor over so the motor would have room.

What you use to make those 2 tensioners?
I reused the factory ones but relocated them and spaced them out for the new motor
Also cut some nylon spacers for the chain guide
Can u sell it to me when he’s done w it.
