I just bought these today brand new and ummm.. they're making a static sound when I turn them on 😂. I don't see any blue lights, red lights or any pairing lights. I think it's faulty. Been trying all day. Phone can't connect to it. I used 2 other phones, they can't connect to it. Downloaded the app, still doesn't work. I'm gutted. :( I'll have to return it and buy something else.

Fantastic video. I spent hours browsing websites how to get these headphones to pair with my PC. I even bought a bluetooth adapter as I thought my internal one was faulty. I thought my drivers could be out of date too, but they were fine. This video showed me that all I needed to do was hold the power button down for 5 seconds until the lights flashed intermittent blue and red. Then VIOLA, my headphones were paired and connected. Thanks so much for helping me. These TH-cam videos are way better at finding a fix than any web site forum.
I've got samsung phone and I can't connect it neither NFC nor Bluetooth. It won't get into pairing mode I've tried and tired. I can only use jack cable only. Please help me with it @ with respect Alex
Hi Alex, I'm sorry to hear that, I hope that I can help. First make sure that your headphones are fully charged. Then we can try to connect via NFC. You can pair the headphones with other devices using NFC regardless of the headphones’ power state (on or off). 1. Activate NFC on your smartphone. 2. Scan the smartphone to the NFC panel on the left ear cup of the headphones. You hear the voice prompt “power on” and a beep sound. The LED flashes blue and red. 3. Click “Yes” if the pairing confirmation dialog appears on the screen of your smartphone (this step may vary depending on your smartphone). If pairing was successful, you hear the voice prompt “connected”. The LED flashes blue 3 times. If that did not work let's try bluetooth. Pairing the headphones with a Bluetooth device Ensure that the headphones are within the 20 cm range of your smartphone when performing this procedure. 1. Switch the headphones on. - If you pair the headphones to the device for the first time, they automatically go to pairing mode. - If the headphones don’t automatically go to pairing mode, switch the headphones off and press the power button again for 4 seconds or until you hear the voice prompt “power on” and a beep sound. The LED flashes blue and red. The headphones are in pairing mode. 2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone. 3. On your smartphone, start a search for Bluetooth devices. thank you! This helped me in less than 10 seconds figure out something I'd been struggling with for half an hour. New iphone needed to press to get the blue and red flashing. On other phone that had already connected before just needed to press the blue flashing. Thanks so much.
Hold on a second, you don't turn them on and THEN hold down the power button. You turn in them on and KEEP holding the power button. Very critical difference.
This video is amazing and straight forward but i'm having the problem that when I switch devices and go back to my iphone I can see the headphones under bluetooth but it wont connect and says the connection is out of range. Have you encountered any issues like this?
Hi Joshua, thank you! What you need to do is go to settings and click on Bluetooth. Then click on the "i" icon next to the device you want to connect to and click on "Forget this device." Then turn off Bluetooth on your iPhone then turn it back on. Now you have reset the Bluetooth on your device and removed your headphones profile. Now you can repair your headphones to your iPhone. That should get it working again.

If you have a smartphone (samsung, motorola etc), just touch the NFC logo on the headphones with your phone and that it is. Your phone is paired and connected. The whole hassle in the video is only for those with an iphone since it does not support NFC.

Nope it's not really a problem. They made it like that with a purpose. After you connected the headphones with a specific device, it'll not let any device to connect in it unless it's in pairing mode so that people will not connect to your headphones without permission..

Hi @Prawin 007 there's a solution. You should be able to connect to multiple bluetooth devices. In order to do that you need to reset your headphone bluetooth profiles. This is how you delete the previous paired bluetooth devices on your headphones. Clearing previously paired devices: - Set the headphones to pairing mode. - Once the headphones are in pairing mode, simultaneously press the multifunction button and the power button for 4 seconds. The LED flashes purple 3 times. The headphones are permanently disconnected from all devices and immediately goes back into pairing mode. Once you reset your headphones you should be able to reprogram your bluetooth devices. I hope that helps! -BrandsWalk

If I turn on the Headphones AND THEN (after hearing "power on") I press the very same button again for 5 seconds, it does not blink Red-blue: it just turn off. It is better to do so: While turning on the HD, keep the power button pressed till the LED blinks blue-red (whitout releasing it)...probably it takes just one or two more seconds over the normal turn-on. It has to be done all in one step! Not in 2 steps. Be me has worked only this way :-(...maybe it's a version matter.

must be a compatibility issue with windows 10,they'll pair,and work a few times,then I get "driver error" and have to remove the device and repair it again,so bloody annoying. They sure sound great when they work though.

Hello man , do you know that the sennheiser 4.40 bt supports only apt-x codec while iphone only supports only AAC codec ! It is too much to explain but I am sure that you noticed a big difference while using these headphones wired vs bluetooth . Shame on sennheiser . All other big companies bose , beats , sony , etc... support AAC codec even in their 3 years old headphones . Btw I own these headphones and an iphone 8 plus and the headphones sound different while using bluetooth :(
This video shows how to connect instead of the Sennheiser manual. The provided quick guide is not helpful. I just bought this today. Also you can pause the TH-cam video using the button but the damn thing doesn’t resume when pressed again. Would not recommend anyone to buy this headphone especially if using IPhone.
I think I bought this same device. I used it for about 4 months and it didn’t have any problems. But one day, on my iphone, I clicked “forget this device” and it doesn’t connect anymore. It also didn’t use to connect to any other device than my phone, but now it doesn’t connect to anything. I really need help. I had the same Problem. You can fix it by shutting your headphones off and then keep holding the button again until the voice starts saying "pairing"

THANK YOU! I was having no luck connecting my headphones to my macbook because my lg phone connected right away without using the pairing mode so I had no clue it existed. I was getting worried I would have to buy another pair of headphones but this video saved me so much money!

If I turn on the Headphones AND THEN (after hearing "power on") I press the very same button again for 5 seconds, it does not blink Red-blue: it just turn off. It is better to do so: While turning on the HD, keep the power button pressed till the LED blinks blue-red (whitout releasing it)...probably it takes just one or two more seconds over the normal turn-on. It has to be done all in one step! Not in 2 steps. Be me has worked only this way :-(...maybe it's a version matter.
do the sennheiser work only for music or does it work for youtube too because youtube wont play for my headphones

must be a compatibility issue with windows 10,they'll pair,and work a few times,then I get "driver error" and have to remove the device and repair it again,so bloody annoying. They sure sound great when they work though.
Quick question for anyone that can help. I paired my Sennheiser headphones to a Samsung Smart TV. Now I am purchasing a Sony Smart TV. Do I have to reset (get rid of) the Samsung connection before I can pair to the Sony? Or can I just go ahead and pair it?

Hello man , do you know that the sennheiser 4.40 bt supports only apt-x codec while iphone only supports only AAC codec ! It is too much to explain but I am sure that you noticed a big difference while using these headphones wired vs bluetooth . Shame on sennheiser . All other big companies bose , beats , sony , etc... support AAC codec even in their 3 years old headphones . Btw I own these headphones and an iphone 8 plus and the headphones sound different while using bluetooth :(
This video shows how to connect instead of the Sennheiser manual. The provided quick guide is not helpful. I just bought this today. Also you can pause the TH-cam video using the button but the damn thing doesn’t resume when pressed again. Would not recommend anyone to buy this headphone especially if using IPhone.

I think I bought this same device. I used it for about 4 months and it didn’t have any problems. But one day, on my iphone, I clicked “forget this device” and it doesn’t connect anymore. It also didn’t use to connect to any other device than my phone, but now it doesn’t connect to anything. I really need help. Please how to properly use a tf card on a p47 headset idk how to do it. I put mp3 in there and it doesn't make a sound. Maybe in the file nope it's not maybe headphones nope it work in a very expressive tf card.
