Nice video mate - some cracking roads out there! Quick question - have you ever experienced your front brakes making a clicking noise? I've just had the pads and fluid replaced and now I can hear clicking...any advice?

Hi mate, I had the same issue and on mine it was the brake pad retaining pins. They were worn where the pin comes into contact with the brake pad. Hardly noticeable but that was the problem. Fitted new pins and sound vanished.

@@MichaelZZRrider Cheers mate. I actually found some fully refurbished and rebuilt calipers on eBay for a bargain price so I just bought those. The ones I have look knackered so hopefully these refurbed ones will a) work perfectly and b) look way better. It's all about the little details!

@@thomascharnock I changed mine for GSXR 6 Pot calipers mate. I was tired of the originals needing constant refurbishing and lack of lever feel.

@@MichaelZZRrider Nice one mate - I had the calipers replaced today and the old ones had pistons that were in bits! Glad they've been done now, should see me right for the forseeable future! Maybe I'll look into those 6 pot ones down the line

@@thomascharnock Hi mate, both the 6 pot and 4 pot require regular servicing to remain at their best. I just got fed up with servicing them and the spongy feeling coming back in a week or so. The joint where the two brake lines join together is not the best. Removing that and the 2 braided hoses going straight to each caliper from the master cylinder is better I believe.
