Face Massage & Collagen Boosting Workout

  • In this video I’m going to show you a collagen boosting workout for the face which includes strengthening and massage techniques together. Plus 🌸Check out my NEW FREEBIE below🌸!
    Our face has 58 muscles which can be firmed, toned and strengthened just like the body. When we contract our face muscles, we help increase blood flow to the muscles and the skin layers which in turn can firm, tighten and tone the skin, plus improve its texture and quality. Collagen can be stimulated with contracting the face muscles consciously (such as when we perform a controlled face technique correctly) and when we directly stimulate the muscle and the three layers of the skin with our hands (such as with the face massage and the pinching technique).
    For this class, make sure your face is moisturised and have some face oil ready for the massage part.

    I appreciate the variety of intentions: a little strengthening, collagen boosting, some relaxation. This makes a good overall face session, rather than searching for several videos.

    Polina I wanted to ask if you have and suggestions for arm toning. Do you think gua sha would get rid of crepey loose skin?

      Hi Mandy, and so glad you enjoyed this video 🌸💆‍♀for the arms we need a slightly different approach. To get rid of loose skin on the back of the arms, working with weights to strengthen triceps (back of arms) and biceps (front of arms) is the key. Plus adding weight bearing exercises such as planks, either off the ground or standing wall planks are great for toned upper arms 😀

      It might be a bit heavy but should be ok for Massage to start with, if it breaks you out, then you can change to something lighter😊

      I love communicating with my subscribers! 😀 so ageing skin on the arms reflects the ageing of the body with its gradual loss of collagen as we get older. In addition, it is also due to weak, loose and unconditioned arm muscles, so if you include light weight training into your practice regularly, you will see improvement. Also, collagen supplements and plenty of protein in the diet might improve the look and feel of the skin@@janetblanc7658 . Hope this helps!🌸

I had years of pain before and after a hip op which put me off eating, so the result was weight loss. Keep well and beautiful, you have a kind heart which the world needs right now. ❤️

    I cannot get my under eye muscles to pull and release like you do, all my muscles around my eye move when I try to isolate my under eye area. 😫.

      Hi Debbie, it takes a bit of practice and patience to isolate the muscles, I'm sure you are on the right track 🌸 try to work with a mirror so you can visually see the low eye muscles pulling up and contracting, this is what has helped me when I was learning the exercises 💆‍♀

    Hi Polina, thanks for replying to me in another video where I've said when i work out the muscles, it increases in volume but weren't really lifted. But now i've a bigger problem T.T After using RF device my face lost volume!! All the hard work i've put in with the exercise s just lost. I wanted to gain it back with exercises but the muscles could just never grow, it will only get extremely tight. and I look miserable. Do you have any idea where's the problem, could it be the SMAS is preventing the growth? cause i read in body muscles, tight fascia could prevent the muscle growth. So one has to relax tighten muscles to relax the fascia. My problem is after i did it, it does lengthen or look normal for a while but it will 'spring' back after a while and muscles is just super tight. Please help...😫

      Yes I remember your issue from before. Have you had any sudden weight loss recently? That can cause loss of fat deposits under the facial skin and cause volume loss. I wonder if you could email me a few photos demonstrating the problem? So I can assess. I'm not sure what's causing your issue but hoping the photos might help. polina@radiantyears.co.uk.
