I adopted this approach and built up a solid plan for the first 100 days. I had a second interview yesterday and I’ve just received a job offer today, this is a really good way of showing the employer that you are willing to go the extra mile.
Your amazing and comprehensive video helped me to land a new, permanent position. I have previously done these, without any direct results. Your category breakdown, the introduction of a scorecard really impressed the CEO and COO at my new company. I would never go into an interview again without one. Attention to detail: They mentioned that they noticed that their brand new logo was on the cover page, their address was correct, including the postal code and the content was well defined. Thank you again, and peeps, don't give up. I am 62, female in a predominantly male industry, and have been out of my field for a number of years. Now I am back in the game, and you can be too.
Just wanted to say about 8 months ago I bought the PowerPoint off your site. went and interviewed internally against 5 other candidates with 2 that had a giant edge on me. and I got the role 110k per year thank you
DUDE! I have to say a HUGE thank you. Your format just offered here for free, helped me create a solid 90 Day Plan (for Education) and helped me nab my dream job in RECORD TIME! I was offered the gig in 24 hours! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I swear this helped me out so much on trying to formulate my thoughts. I was told to write a 30 60 90 plan for my boss as I've just been promoted to supervisor (yay!). We'll see how he likes it!
Great advice, and I like the scenario of 30, 60 90 in the onboarding of a new employee, but this approach can be used in many different ways in sales marketing and service.
Very good advice and bought the slides and template. Highly recommended cos although this may seem "obvious" is it is NOT obvious, since everyone has their own interpretation, so it's good to hear something sensible here. Thank you.
Wish I knew this earlier when I started my career. Nevertheless it's never too late to learn & apply. Your explanation start to finish is Pure Gold. Thank you very much.
Excellent content bro... I have a final phase interview for Team Lead position April 8th (next week) and was asked to present this methodology... Lets see what happens but this video really helped a lot!! Greetings from Costa Rica. THANKS! :)
This is perfect!! Wish my boss set things up for me like this, then maybe I would of had a fighting chance to keep my job after 90 days. Thank you sir for posting this!
You have a good video. I tried to purchase one of your templates, and repeatedly got an error that the payment couldn't be processed. So, I had to buy from someone else.
If you wanted to present this plan in an interview but don't yet know how your future boss defines success, would you recommend creating a version that makes this "more about you" and outline your processes and methodologies?
Great pointers on developing a plan, but I wouldn't use it during the job interview. It's pretty presumptuous that you set the agenda without knowing the ins and outs of internal work processes and the hiring manager's own needs. I'd briefly mention it or comment its outline, but no more than that. Once you get the job, the plan needs to be developed collaboratively with your boss.
Great observation. Id mention the plan during my interview however for a foolproof plan you'd have to be working in the Company, interview the CEO, 1 person in management, a middle-level manager, a supervisor & entry level staff. then develop the plan...that's just me. But Im in agreement with your observation.
@@emilymumbi9139 Respectfully, I don't think you need to define the specifics if you aren't familiar with the role. However, if you're not familiar with the role you're probably not the best candidate to fill it. ;) For example in your 30 day plan make a point to say "Align with the senior leadership team on what success means. Concur on how best to measure success and favored communication style." Depending on the role the leader may prefer Email/daily/weekly or Bi-weekly catch up calls. But, you certainly should have an idea of what success should be or you're probably not qualified to fill the role - yet. Keep smiling.
I know companies that ask for one. I used one to land my last two jobs. They are very beneficial and can actually help you flush out what needs to be done. And they show you are committed to the process and getting the job.

@@gs023 you probably need to re-read my comment again...i didn't ask anyone to fill in the template but this template has a very very little headlines and that's the reason why I see it usless ...the free templates that are found on google are more rich in terms of the number of useful headlines than the one I bought from this TH-cam page. If I were at this page owner, I would give full refund in order to keep his business reputation but because no reply yet to my comment, the losses of the reputation would become more than the price of the template...
Garbage! 1st time I've been asked to prep something like this and this video is vague, lacks clear examples and is the very definition of "click bait". Off to "Google" for something realistic! 👎🏽😒🤦🏽♀️

My job wants a 30/60/90/120 day plan. What would you plan for on the 120th day? Someone please answer.
thank you. I'm trying to put this to good use as I prepare for my interview.
hey..how was your interview
great video
hi! where can i find the scorecard?
Thank you so much for this! 🥰
Why do we refer to it as 30-60-90? Its really 30-30-30. The first 30 days, followed by the second 30 days and finally the last 30 days.
Most companies report quarterly. 3 months is a trend.
I like the 30 60 90 because it gets the point across right away
