Great breakdown. I've watched a few vids on this topic, and yours is far clearer and more helpful than some of them that have hundreds of Ks of subs. Also love the fact you're at home and casual. Like you're *gasp* a real human! Keep it up! Subscribed.
Thanks so much for your support on my videos. Means the world to me and helps me focus on making better and better content for all you job seekers. My website is going through an upgrade so that feature is down to get my ebook. Please email and I will send you a copy: info@mypracticeinterview.com
Wooow, thank you so much for such centered and great explanation. I have juste receive from my boss to write a 6 month working plan (i have just finished my first 30 days at my new role as PM ). Do you have some advice for first 180 days 😊 Cheers
Glad it helped and thank you for reaching out! You can use the same formula from the video to build out your 6 month working plan. As you have already been with the organization for 30 days, you may already have a strong sense as what need to be accomplished. If you do, think in terms of short and longer term goals. In the first several months focus on getting some quick wins. Those are initiatives that can be accomplished quickly and help you build momentum and credibility. As you build that momentum then you focus on your more longer term, strategic accomplishments as part of your working plan. Without know anything about your role and organization, what I have suggested is a very generic approach to setting your goals. This approach works and is very effective. If you would like to talk more about this feel free to reach out to me at info@mypracticeinterview.com. All the best ~ Clark
Thanks a lot that was very useful! Quick question, if I was given some details about a company and was asked to present a 90 day plan in an 15 min interview, how would this plan look like? should it be specific to that situation or should it still include the generic goals of learning, evaluating and implementing?
Sorry for the late replay as I have been away. I think you want to find a combination of both specific to the situation and generic goals. You will not have all the information at your disposal to make a completely informed plan but you will have enough based on what they have given you and then what you have research from their website, news articles etc. Find as much info as possible and build your plan. :-)
Same rules apply but perhaps at a faster pace. As you have insider knowledge as to what is working and what is not, you should be able to start formalizing a s strategy much quicker and then move to execution of that strategy. However, still give yourself time to learn and observe. You may not have all the answers and by meeting with staff and key stakeholders to learn about the work environment, you will be able gain valuable insights. Thank you for watching and commenting! 😀
30 days - securing quick wins
60 days - showing strategic wins
90 days - forecasting skills and planning long-term wins
Absolutely love it! Another great way to break it down and show your strategic value! Thank you for watching and commenting.

I have an interview Friday, this helped so much!! Thank you! 🙏🏽
So glad it helped! All the best and please let me how your interview goes!
This is really weird. It's an odd question to ask of an applicant... It's the type of question you ask AS the applicant, to prepare on deliverables.
Love your videos! Tried downloading your book. Keep hitting roadblocks and can't seem to download it. Any ideas?

Thank you so much again, really appreciate it 👍🏻
How will this work if a person is not apply for a role in a new company. What if its a promoatial opportunity for the same company.
