New Idea 5408 Disc Mower keyway repair and bar repair Part 2 with Mowing Footage

2nd installment of disc mower repair. I bought this mower with the bar broken in half and found a few other issues when i got it home. Keyway repair in the main gearbox along with some pulley machine.

How did the key way repair go

So far so good. Mowed over 150 acres with it last year. The pulley was a little ovaled out so I sourced a good used one. Need to put it on during spring maintenance.
