Another fantastic video. I found your channel shortly after I started playing GW2 about a year ago. I have watched all of your GW2 videos, some several times. Your calm and soothing voice is a pleasant change to others who seem like they only have an outside voice while making their videos. I especially enjoy your fashion wars videos. They have changed my opinion, for the better, on some weapons as I'm able to see the special effects.
So glad The Flameseeker Prophecies made it to this list. It is the first legendary I ever crafted straight from the beginning of its achievement journey and I never once regretted my decision as it goes well with my guardian and what she represents in my own headcanon.
I quite vividly remember first laying eyes upon the staggering beauty that is the Bifrost, back when I saw the first person wield it in game. I was 9 years old at the time, and Guild Wars 2 had become a huge part of my life, in school, I would drift off during class, thinking about exploring Tyria all the way from the humble Forest of Caledon to the pompous gates of Ebonhawk and beyond, and even though these days I connect to the Norn on a very deep level, my first character was a Sylvari, and thusly, I will forever think of the grove as "Home", which - come to think of it - is really rather fitting, as the Sylvari are quite childish in the way they wonder about the world they freshly awoke it.
I love how you've constructed an entire head to toe theme around each Legendary. They all look amazing 😍😍😍😍 As for Legendaries, I've only crafted one so far which is Bifrost. I'm currently working on Astralaria

I do as well. It's just that Incinerator fits Thieves the most and the trail that weapon leaves blends well with the shadowstep trails left by Thieves.
Really happy that the hms divinity made it up here. one of my favorite legendary weapons and so underrated. People think that this is a joke leggy but dont see the detail and aura it has, it's so GOOOOOD *-*
they are not only Fashion War, you can change them between your characters and more important you can change their attribute combinations whenever you want

Your enthusiasm for legendary weapons is quite surprising. I can simultaneously empathize and appreciate your descriptions and all their passion while at the same time allowing another part of me to think "holy hell, this is criminally nerdy". I say that as someone who is intently watching a top 10 legendary weapons video with 99% earnestness as my girl tries to process how she ended up with such a heinously nerdy guy. The only difference is that, while I am nerdy to the point of criminality, I lack the work ethic of the nerd who actually put this glorious geek work together. So, like the same....but worse! Idk how often I internally comment on how nerdy/dorky something is while realizing I am commenting on something I am also really into...but it's a lot.
My personal favorite is H.O.P.E. It has incredible footfalls and projectiles, the backstory, told through the precursor collection, is very solid and the soundwork of the weapon gradually overheating while firing and cooling down afterwards - before shutting down when sheathed - is second to none !
I'm so sad, that no one seems to love the Claw of the Khan-ur.. after I've read the novel, and the charr-human war, is just.. I need that.. I will get it eventually, and I'll craft the Shining blade too. the lore is soooooo good. I'm sad that not so many people seems to care about my favorite legendary
My first legendary I made was actually Aurora. I adored the visuals from the very first time I saw it, and I badly needed to own it :P Shortly after I created Nevermore, and I think it's one of the prettiest legendaries in the game. However, Astralaria is gorgeous and might be the next one I'll get for my mesmer!
kudzu,nevermore and chuka are my favourite, since day 1, i played as a sylvari ranger, and kudzu for me was just goals, unfortunately, 1 week into playing forge gifted me with dawn, so ended up making sunrise as my first, luckily same year, 2013 halloween, forge blessed me with leaf, and so the journey began. now i have all the gen 1 legendaries, nevermore and chuka. hope ranger gets scepter next, gives me a reason to finish Xiuquatl
If you play as warrior and do axe toss the warrior will split eternity and ricochet both twilight and sunrise before bringing them back and reuniting back to eternity its a really awesome touch
Where do you rate Xiuquatl since this looks like it was made right before it dropped? It quickly became my favorite with a little snekbro that follows you and very cool glowing footfalls :)
I've made 4 so far: The Dreamer, Bifrost, Claw of the Khan-Ur and Exordium. Dreamer and Bifrost make a great pairing on my Daredevil Charr. The other two are for my Spellbreaker. I'm working on both CandC and Nevermore, but good lord are those quests aggravating at times. :-D
The last one I crafted was Binding of Ipos and I absolutely love it but my all time favorite is the Exordium. With all its unique looks with every class it's just a masterpiece. I crafted the Ad Infinitum yesterday so I'm out of gold but my 14th legendary will be the Exordium for sure!
Okay Morgan Freeman. It's been a good run, but I need this . . . transcendent being to narrate my entire existence because her voice is absolutely . . . breathtaking.

I even think that get legendaries in GW is harder than legendaries in Vannila WoW, bcs it was all about raids and have a great raid guild, meanwhile there in GW its more about a player
In no particular order: Bifrost, Nevermore, Dreamer, the Moot, Shining Blade, Incinerator, Quip, Chuka and Champawat, Eureka, and Astralaria. Special mention goes to the Juggernaut on account of being awesome and underloved due to hammers being kinda meh.
I'd agree with this but i'd remove Frostfang and replace it with HOPE, have always felt like the detail and effect on HOPE is sorely under rated. Now that Exordium is out I'd replace either Bifrost or Chuka and Champawat with it.
I just hated how boring crafting was in GW2. The mechanics from the get-go pretty much summed up the reasoning for why I was disinterested where as a game with simple crafting like ESO was incredibly easy to get into. ESO gave me a feeling of instant gratification - I could see what my status was on what I wanted to get and how likely I was to get it to the point where all of the best gear was attainable if I put the effort in. That's what made it so easy to get into but something and everything about crafting in GW2 bugs me. That's why I still have yet to craft a Legendary and simply resorted to farming mats via gold farming to ascertain the Ascended Collections.The RNG component in vanilla was bad on its own and the reason why the market is so inflated.
First one is Eternity, not Sunrise. Eternity has a glowing hilt, "space like" footsteps with glowing orbs and throws out Sunrise and Twilight when using certain abilities.
Legendaries cant be dyed.... which makes them a huge letdown. I agree that GW2's art team are gods of the industry. But in a game where customization is the only end game, Legendaries suck whenever you try to redesign your outfit. my vote is for Binding of Ipos

Twilight is the best by far. There is nothing more grandeous than watching the galaxy through the blade itself.

I don't play gw2 but I find that they have the best legendary weapons I have ever seen

Look on difficulty to get legendaries in Guild Wars 2 and World of Warcraft: Legion :D
They are more akin to the vanilla legendary weapons - like Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker or Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian.

Kudzu is the only legendary I think I’m ever going craft. My Sylvari Ranger will wield it alongside Caladbolg.
