Team USA lost the game because they were out coached and outplayed. Furthermore, their players looked lost, confused, old and slow. The WNBA Allstars provided a blueprint to the international community on exactly how to beat team USA.

I guess the question is: if Caitlin would have been on the USA team, would the WNBA team still win? I don’t think so. The way Caitlin moved the ball, the plays she made happen, all of those record braking assists, would have definitely made a difference. Team USA would have benefited greatly from her passing and ball movement, they’re more experienced. She definitely impacts team dynamics, on both the defensive and offensive side.
