      Its because it wasn't generated from them, but from one person. Its Jealousy, pure and simple.
      And the thing is, there is nothing wrong with being jealous. If you really think about it, Jealousy is the catalyst to ambition. How that Jealousy manifests and is managed though is what matters and differentiates it as good or bad.
      This is just an example of bad jealousy. None of those complaining are working harder to become better so the spotlight falls on them. They don't have the mindset of the Mamba - RIP.

    • @MgambireBabako

      @@SodoDolo facts…. same group of gender that want equality Caitlyn as an equal, but that jealousy only proves that no matter the skill set, at the end of the day they want want easy handouts. Funny thing about this whole situation is that the senior players can’t deal with the fact, younger players are more recognized over them.

    • @SodoDolo
      @SodoDolo 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@MgambireBabako I agree. Especially that last part. And I can understand the why. The WNBA was growing (slowly), but with the arrival of the high profile rookies like Clark it has resulted in Exponential growth for the WNBA - something none of the “old heads” so to speak, were able to accomplish. But that happens throughout history that someone redefines the game and helps it grow.
      I mean after all, Michael Jordan, Steph Curry, Lebron James, and many others when they came in to the league redefined the game and I don’t recall many, if any, NBA players trying to take that away from them.

      It's controversy that drives the amount of time spent talking about CC. If the women in the WNBA treated CC with kids gloves, you would not hear any of these shows comment so much about her or the WNBA. Just like the media does with regular news. Good news doesn't sell. It's boring to our society. When they can push negative stories that get people more emotionally invested, their ratings go up. Look at our political landscape. The negative/controversial sells. They are going to keep stoking the controversies as much as they can to get as much as they can from the ratings. The WNBA is not the only entity that relies on viewership for their financial success.

These ladies were popular in college and brought their fan base to the WNBA. If CC left today, most of her fan base will hit the road and stop spending money. Then you will go back to half full stadiums for some teams. When you catch a little glimpse of them off court and see how funny and down to earth they are, it keeps you interested. Be glad these new fans are coming in! For those that got no attention and are good players, take this time and get people to like you and pump up your game so people can see you👀 Dont they realize this is more exposure right now??I have come to like several ladies this season. Not buyin' that (at least not yet) and my guess is that saying things like that based on college stats and star power, ruffles way more feathers than other claims/contexts.

In the past they showed all wnba highlights, now it's all cc. If they truly cared about the wnba they would be pushing to show more of the whole league in between the cc videos. So how is she helping the whole league? All other teams have been pushed out the way, only ppl benefiting now is cc and the fever. Even the teams what beat cc get no talk time.
