My emotions can't take this SHOW!!!! I don't know if I am mentally unstable or just hugely sympathetic to these people but I have been crying this whole episode.
Sheena Barriento - This one got to me as well. They all make me cry, but this was one where I could actually FEEL the profound love and loss that her parents had felt all those years. I think they truly thought that they would NEVER meet up with her again, and I get the sense that at times they felt guilty for giving her up and almost felt like they didn't deserve to have her, that maybe they had abandoned her to some parents who abused or ignored her. Once they realized that they had made the right decision in choosing adoption for her, I could see them visibly relax.
It just got me too...My eyes are so wet with this daughter going to meet her mom and dad both and I was so terry eyed watching it but it was worth it...I'm so happy for them...💗
Imagine finding out your son was looking for you as you were looking for him and once you know where they are - immediately flying out to see him. That's love.
@@erinnkemp That, too. If you wouldn't start daftly correcting people before the video ends, you'd know that Pearse also met his brother. You just have to be a smart-clog.
My heart goes out to Christina’s dad. I can’t imagine the guilt he lived with as a man and father knowing he could not keep his daughter with his family.
Oh I agree. He was so afraid she would reject him. How sad & happy at the same time. He gave her his watch which was probably his most prized possession. So heartwarming!
What is amazing about this show, episode after episode, is how incredibly kind, loving, thankful and welcoming literally EVERYONE is. No one is complaining, no one is blaming, no one expects anything to be given to them... They each share and offer empathy and kindness, and they are grateful. What amazing people, with such rich love. It's wonderful that these people could find each other again.
My heart goes out to both of the fathers in this episode. You could really feel their pain and love for the children they never got to know. I am so happy they got reunited.
Ok, so I cried like a little boy. Seeing humanity in its purest, rawest form, is beautiful in these trying times. Feeling Christina's father's raw emotion, whew, that hit me hard.

I’ve watched this episode more than once. What a Blessing was given to their children. These stories make me so grateful that I had both my parents though my dad died at the age of 72yrs , mom at age 75yrs.
Wow, Pearse's dad's genes are strong. Lol. He cant deny his kids for sure. I cried this whole episode. It was just perfect, but also made me think about all the poor people out there who have had to give up kids in bad times and how much it must torture them every day, and when they finally have the chance to reunite, aside from looking alike, it's as if they come from two different worlds. I hope they are all able to keep in touch.
insane. They will have thought about her every hour of everyday, but she obviously didn't know that. I can't watch this programme, its too much, too much.
Eddie's letter to Pearse was perfect. It gave Pearse a beautiful foundation of his father's love and care. Eddie is a big hearted man, with lots of love to give to his son, in one letter he established his place in Pearse's life as a loving, caring dad. Listen to Pearse's voice as he reads his dad's letter. You can hear his tears of happiness, and when he says, " He did want to be in my life..." It was like the door shut on all of his pain and doubt.
I just wish Mom would have let him in sooner. I am sure she had her reasons..but so much lost time and pain for everyone. Nothing can be done now but hopefully others can learn from it. So happy how it turned out…just 2 great genuine folks with hopefully many years to catch up.
Pearse is lucky that he still gets to see his dad. His dad could've passed on due to illness.... Thank God... I believe we as viewers are sighing with relief as well now. Phew!!!!❤️🎉❤️🎉❤️🎉❤️🎉❤️🎉❤️
Two totally satisfying stories of people who deserved to find one another again. I have cried my way through all parts of their journies, shown here. Pearse and his Father and brother, peas in a pod and good men. This young woman reminds me so much of the actress Q'orianka Kilcher. Simply lovely and genuine. So happy for her and her mom and dad. That hole in their hearts can begin to heal. So glad she has a husband that seems to truly care and be there for her.

Yeah, but I've never gotten along with my own older brother, he's always lived his life where his friends were more important than his own family. Then all his friends moved out of country, and he was left hanging around with friends-of-friends and people he worked with. Recently, he attended the wedding of the daughter of his "best friend", and I think it was a real eye-opener: they had their own extended family all visiting from out of country, and none of the other friends attended the wedding because they chose to have it on Good Friday (I'm sure the bride's grandparents were rolling around in their graves at the sacrilege!). So my brother and his wife were pretty much ignored. Then our younger brother passed away after almost a 4-year battle with a horrific rare cancer, and 7 months later our Mother passed away. So now I'm his only living family. I just have little interest in suddenly being friends... my friends have always been there for me, so I much prefer their company and that of my one first cousins. I doubt he's learned his lesson, as he and his wife are also estranged from her sister-in-law (so they rarely see her brother), and from one of their two daughters... Some people never learn the lesson that you have to be mature to be able to get along with your own blood relatives. He may never get it.

OMG I have sobbed all the way thru this one. Pearse’s dad is such a wonderful man, and so is Pearce. It is obvious they were connected even before they met. I can’t help but be annoyed at the mom, for not helping this father/son relationship. This episode is special.
I've got to agree with you on Pearse and Nick! If Pearse grows out his hair, they'd look like identical twins! However, I think Christina looks much more like her father. How ironic, given the fact that he was denied a chance to even see her when she was born!
Belinda Babette -Just wondering what your thoughts are on all the recent deportations of illegal immigrants? By your logic, if it’s wrong to move 3,000 miles away from the father of your child then anyone who conceives a child in the US should be granted citizenship so the family can stay together. It should be noted that Pearce’s mom was 17 when she had him. Pearce’s dad was 33. The mom is not a US citizen. She was a minor working illegally in a bar. Who knows? She may have been deported, which would’ve blocked her from returning to the US for 10 years. On the other hand, why didn’t the dad follow her to Ireland? He was an adult. Bar jobs aren’t that hard to get.
@@TheVeggiekat - Oh FFS, stop trying to make this into something it's not, so that you can gloat over your own damn opinions! Sit down, keep your mouth shut, watch the show, and just enjoy it, without shoving your politics down everyone's throats. First off, NOTHING in the story said anything about her being there illegally. Nothing. Pierce's Mother may been in the US visiting relatives. She was 17. Chances are, she was there for the summer, and was either going to decide if she wanted to stay permanently, or go back at the end of the summer. Or, maybe she moved there and stayed with relatives, and then decided she didn't like it, and ended up pregnant at the same time. For all we know, her extended family may have owned the bar she was working in, which is why she could work there at age 17. Makes more sense that way, than this "illegal scenario" you have in your head though, don't you think? So, seriously, stop trying to change the story to fit your narrative, so you can shove your ideology down everyone else's throats, and berate them for something going on in your own damn head. It's despicable.
Wow... I feel so happy for the family in Colombia to have finally been reunited with their birth daughter after 27 years! They all look alike!! And now she can also meet her 3 siblings. I think I would've tried to learn some Spanish phrases so I could communicate directly with my birth parents rather than through an interpreter. But since she'll be heading back to the U.K., I guess it'd be even harder to part again if they shared a language as well as DNA. I hope her siblings get a chance to get to know her as well. Especially now that she lost her adoptive Mum, it's even more special to have found her birth parents. God bless all of them. What a wonderful program, LLF UK!! ~Diana K
I've seen a good few of these lovely documentaries now and they always move me to tears. This episode was particularly special. Although it was a very sad reason in losing her adoptive mother that stirred Christina to search for her birth Mum, it truly was an act of beautiful compassion that alleviated so many years of suffering for those parents that loved her enough to let her go in the hope that she would have better opportunities. I'm so glad they were reunited. My heart just overflowed for those beautiful people that had been left wondering and worrying all those years. It must be such a satisfying and fulfilling job to bring these people their hearts desires. I feel so happy for them all.
*FFS! I’m literally sitting here watching this and sobbing out loud... so happy for both of these wonderful people being reconnected to their biological family. That doesn’t discount the love and support that their family’s provided both these people throughout their childhoods in any way either...* 🙏🏻
I've seen so many of these videos and it never gets any easier to watch these parents who were in such desperate situations that they were forced to give up their child. This is one of the most beautiful episodes - to find that her mother was not only alive and well but had married and stayed with her father all these years is so wonderful. And for her father to give her his watch, which is probably the only material possession he has, made me cry. Life should never be so hard for a parent that they have to give up their child to someone else to be raised. We can only be thankful now for the discovery of DNA and the art of mining a person's ancestry in order to find a birth parent in a city of 5 million people with only an unmarried name to go by and a few very sketchy bits of information on a birth certificate. They've lost 27 years of life together but hopefully have many years ahead of them to share.
Her parents were together all along. They already had 3 children. But they were homeless and the children had malnutrition. They gave her the greatest gift a parent can. they gave her a chance. I cannot imagine the pain of that. They must love each other so much that they were able to carry each other through and raise their other children
@@hogwashmcturnip8930 that's what was revealed in this program, but I'm not surprised that some of the content.might have been missed. I don't know how many times I had to wipe my eyes or clear my nose. It would be easy to miss some information.
Pearse is the spitting image of his father, Ed who fought cancer for a chance to one day meet his son and the twin of his half brother Nick, and Christina is the clone of her father who was denied a chance to say goodbye to her at her birth. Isn't God good?!
Amazing stories. I cried my eyes out. 😢😢. What a surprise at the end to see that Peirce looks so much like his brother they look like twins. Unbelievable that the father actually stayed alive to meet his son. Happy for both families 💞

Oh my...this must be the third time I have watched this...and it still moves me so much. This programme cannot be matched for its depth and sensitivity. Cannot!

Pierce! If I had a phone-call like that it would have broken my heart. Glad to see them get together and explain everything that transpired. Another heartwarming show!
I just started this addiction yesterday. Glad I’m not the only one, sitting around, walking, having conversations while I’m crying at how they can finally connect to find who they are and WHO they come from is so important. Love this show!!
My dad died when I was 13. I would love to have a big dad bear hug from him...I miss him. Pearse and Ed have what I've missed so many years. They're both strong, tough, big hearted men.... Giving love is only for the strong and gentle.
And of Nicky and Davina are the 2 angels in the show. I love them to bits, their demeanour and voice. What caring, loving and sensitive human beings they are. They deliver sad news with immense compassion. 🌷🦋 Without them especially, it wouldn't be the same for me.Very emotional, yet superb. ..😢 JHB SA
My fiance lives in Colombia on a beautiful Caribean island, I travel to Colombia for over 20 years now and I know that in the ninetys the Land was full of civil war and poverty! Colombian people are all about family, I cannot even imagine how hard it was for Christina's parents to give her away... So beautiful they came together again! Also the story with Ed... Another extremely beautiful episode! Could not make it without tearing up(as always 😉🙏🙏)
Tears tears tears rolling down my face. Both of these stories are so heartwarming; that parents and children alike have the reunion they wanted. Christina's reunion made me think perhaps it would be a good idea to teach an adopted child the language of their homeland...so that one day they could easily communicate.
Christina's Dad's watch reminds me of my late paternal grandfather who died 23 years. I remember being his little shadow up until my parents moved U.S when I was 8. We lost contact with him for more than a decade. After I reconnected with him, he gave me his watch which I remember he had it with him all the time when I was a little boy. He died 6 months after he gave me his watch. I am 48 now and I still wear his watch .
Christina’s parent’s first reaction to seeing her just tore my heart out, they were trying so hard to hold their emotions together, but I could see that there was years and years full of deep, deep emotions trying to come out. Bless their hearts. 💕 And I bawled my eyes out when he gave her his watch to remember him by; how completely precious.😭❤
To give up your child because you cannot care for them is such a selfless act of Love that is just next level. The father giving up his watch because it is all he had was just so genuine and sincerely heart felt. I hope that revenue from this show can get them all iPads for FaceTime calls and the show will also help them visit each other regularly. 5,000 miles is probably an expensive plane ride. Really happy they found their way back to each other.
When Christians' dad hugged her....it was it....poor man lived with the pain for so long.....she is blessed....may they always be happy and loving each other...
Both my sisters had sons that never met their dads although both dads live in the area. When the boys were little, both sisters were absolutely venomous to the dads and drove them away. I saw it happen. One son met his dad for the first time when he was near death in a nursing home. The son said it was like looking into his own eyes. The other son became a heroin addict for a time, lives with his mother and almost 50, still has not seen his dad who lives 20 miles away. Both sons are the spitting image of their dads.
I know how Pierce feels. I recently found who my father is. After so many years of only having his name. I have not gotten the nerve to contact him yet though. I am in a group and there are so many stories of being turned away by biological parents that it scares me. I hope when I do have the nerve to contact my father the results are like these.
Love both stories but Cristina's make me cry like crazy 😭😭 It was a real reason why her mom give her in adoptions It was a hard situation in Colombia those times lock of poberty to give her a better Life and her father looks like he was in a real pain because of that he really miss her and feel very guilty as a man and not provide those times to not give Cristina away but It was hard in Colombia for them.Cristina look same like him in everything in her walk look like her father with great heart vey humble good people
Thank God his father wanted him as much as he was needed. His father is just like him. Both with their hearts on their sleeves. Having recently lost my father, I am happy to see him find his.
Well, I am a blubbering mess now. That is my fav episode so far. I'm so happy their journey has ended up being a joyful one. Being an adoptee myself, I can say not all experiences end up like theirs. Mine definitely turned out to be full of confusion, betrayal and heartbreak. I truly am thrilled to know others can find happiness and fulfillment in their reunions. Just wasn't in the plan for me. Can't get over the two brothers being pretty much identical!!! Wild! I appreciate y'all for doing this show. Love and prayers from Dallas to all involved in the adoption triad.
This is my first episode of this show. I’ve been crying all the way through it. Is this an exceptionally good episode or are they all this emotionally wrenching? I have to prepare myself before I watch more.
This is very tough for me to watch. Every child needs the love of both parents. They deserve it. When adults make these discussions to go their separate ways, they don't know how much those selfish acts affect these children.

And I thought during the episode "Wow son and dad have the same smile." Then the picture of the half brother ... WOW
His father passed on some STRONG genes.
Christina father kills me, he was afraid that she didn't want to be hug, and when he said now that I found her I'm never letting her go
💓
@@SaraHermans-nl8qzIt says she's in touch with them.
This is the only channel with very good quality uploads. Thank youuu so much! ❤️
I know she was searching for her Mother initially, but she also received such a loving, precious Father. Amazing.
" the twin of his half brother" - so true
Pearse and his dad have a strong bond of father/son love and devotion. Distance couldn't stop the bond, and Ed's love for his son healed his cancer.
amen
^^spoiler alert^^ lol :)
Melissa Bryant - I always read comments while watching (my ADD I think)... & kept thinking “what half-brother ?!?!”! 😳twin!
This story with Pierce is by far one of my favorites so far. ❤️ It’s incredible how much he looks like his father.
Amazing stories. I cried my eyes out. 😢😢. What a surprise at the end to see that Peirce looks so much like his brother they look like twins. Unbelievable that the father actually stayed alive to meet his son. Happy for both families 💞
Eddie has some strong genes. Those sons look like twins!!!
TashasCraftCorner ..i know right!? I thought my god those 2 could be twins! Good looking guys.
Wow I was just going to say the same thing!! You'd never know they had different Moms! 💞
@@nancykelly9712 yeah u can see whos genes are the strongest. I wonder if his dad got to see his mom while he was there. His parents are both single. 😉
Geeezzzzz Right. He frist said I want to find someone that looks like me. Well yeah your twin 😂🤣
Brazil has strong genes really
Pearse's father was like "ctrl+c, ctrl+v" when he had sex. The half brothers look like twins. 💪 genes
LMFAO yo this is hilarious!!!
lmfaoo you mean his genes? but yeah seriously.
You sir, are crass. Truthful...but crass, nevertheless 🤪🤪🤪🤪
Davina and Nicky... I'm amazed you don't cry... me I'm in tears all the time! So touching
So sad, he seems like he would have been such a good Dad.
These shows are so hard to watch. Dad broke my heart. Never having that connection with your children or parents is like missing a very important piece of your life. You feel the hole in your heart. Thank you Long Lost Family for bringing these families together.
This program has made ch a difference in everyone’s lives. So emotional and amazing.
Such a good episode! I wanted to see all the kids together. What a lucky girl.
And Pierce's story....good thing his dad speaks English. Thanks for that!
Every time I watch your videos, I cry like a gutter...We who come from complete families and know each relative, are so very fortunate and should live with happiness and gratitude. Bless all the lost people. My heart ache for you all. Sending you love and positive thoughts.
@Susan Naudé, you have a big heart. Love and blessings ❤️
Sometimes we think we know all our family n then an uncle u never knew about matches with u on ancestry. A brother of my mom found us .Hé was adopted no one knew. It was amazing to meet him . We cried so hard.
Omg I haven’t cried this hard in years. I could literally feel Christina dad pain come through the screen. ❤❤❤ I’m so glad they have found each other.
After had long working hours just lay on my bed to watch this channel it's like travel around UK. And all about UK blown me away. The weather the view makes me want to go there 😹
OMG, Pearse and his brother are like TWINS!!!!!!!!! Holy cow 😱😱😱
When Christina and her husband begin having children, it's going to be an added blessing to this family! I hope that she connects with a Colombian group in the UK and begins to learn about the culture and language so she can more easily communicate with her family.
I feel fairly sure she got on it straight away...wouldn't you?
Oh my...this must be the third time I have watched this...and it still moves me so much. This programme cannot be matched for its depth and sensitivity. Cannot!
Christina looks like her father with her mamas smile. Wonderful
I just can not get over(with tears) how Identical Father & Son are......Incredible and
Beautiful to see how strong a connection & deep LOVE for each other having never met!!
This Story touched me like no other Stories I've watched!!!☺🤗👍👏💞💙💙😏✌🏼🧚♀️🧚🧚🏽♂️
Christina is such a lovely, beautiful kind, loving person with a winning smile. So wonderful she was so loving and kind to her birth parents.
🌷🦋 Without them especially, it wouldn't be the same for me.Very emotional, yet superb. ..😢 JHB SA
I soooooo love this show.
Her dad's reaction to seeing her...I'm sitting here with tears running down my face. How sweet is he???
HOMAIGOD CAN ALL THESE GET ANY SADDER AAARRGHHHHH😢😢😢😢😢
I can see where Pearse gets his emotional nature from.
He is a nice man ' really a nice and loving man
When Ed gave Pearse the baseball cap, and Pearse became a little boy was so beautiful and funny.
Two good, masculine men showing their sweetness. Making me cry! Dad and 32 boys look all alike. 2 excellent stories!
Thank you,so much...for uploading and sharing this dear😉,Have a blessed day.
Christina’s parent’s first reaction to seeing her just tore my heart out, they were trying so hard to hold their emotions together, but I could see that there was years and years full of deep, deep emotions trying to come out. Bless their hearts. 💕
And I bawled my eyes out when he gave her his watch to remember him by; how completely precious.😭❤
This Father and Son finding each other just warms My heart! I know they will never let each other go ever again,
May God Bless them both!!
I'm bout to cry....I'm so happy for them.thank you for posting
THIS IS THE GREATEST SHOW EVER!!!!!!!!!
tears gushing again for the daughter -parents reunion. I love this show.
When Christians' dad hugged her....it was it....poor man lived with the pain for so long.....she is blessed....may they always be happy and loving each other...
And this video just popped up and then I couldn't stop crying.. This is too good and emotional.. Bless you all
I just cried and cried and cried and cried and cried...
Me too
Thank you for sharing. Ive cried the whole show. Im so happy they get to meet their birth parents. Amazing!
Pearse and his father are so emotionally Cute!!!
Dee Grant they’re spitting similar it’s amazing
The letter to Pearse starts ..My Dear Son... And ends ...Love, Your Father. That's the whole story, that's all we need to know.
Pearse got that emotion from both sides of the family. Dad is Brazilian and mom is Irish. That is a hot mix of passion, heat and emotion.
What a lovely woman Christina is, and to bring healing to her birth parents with her smile? What an angel.
This show is always emotional, but this episode...WOW! Tears are flowing! Bless this show for bringing all these families back together again!
I know how Pierce feels. I recently found who my father is. After so many years of only having his name. I have not gotten the nerve to contact him yet though. I am in a group and there are so many stories of being turned away by biological parents that it scares me. I hope when I do have the nerve to contact my father the results are like these.
Shadow Kissed Blessings to you in your endeavor . Let the Lord lead you in his timing. Happy Valentines from California ! 💝 💌 🎠
I am so excited for you! And l truly hope you meet your father soon, and that it's all you want it to be! God's blessings.
I hope it's soon!
Ask God for help.
You are lovable ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ lots and lots of love to you dear
Christina’s parents tried to be strong until they saw her picture 😢😢
tears gushing for the father-son reunion. so beautiful.
i cant stop my tears from flowing..😭😭 watching family being reunited and questions been answers after so many years is overwhelming..
I love these stories. My two children are adopted and I think God for them everyday. Maybe one day they will want to find their birth mom or parents.
If they’re from another country, help them learn about their culture, it’ll help so much🙏🏻
Oh Lord I can’t stop crying!!! So beautiful!!
Wow these stories are amazing
Love both stories but Cristina's make me cry like crazy 😭😭 It was a real reason why her mom give her in adoptions It was a hard situation in Colombia those times lock of poberty to give her a better Life and her father looks like he was in a real pain because of that he really miss her and feel very guilty as a man and not provide those times to not give Cristina away but It was hard in Colombia for them.Cristina look same like him in everything in her walk look like her father with great heart vey humble good people
“Just being you, helped me feel good about being me.” 😭♥️
Thank God his father wanted him as much as he was needed. His father is just like him. Both with their hearts on their sleeves. Having recently lost my father, I am happy to see him find his.
Both Stories just had me delving into that Tissue Box!! That Dad in the 2nd Story just did Me in!! Wow!!
Omg, I can't get enough of these happy beginnings. Thanks for the upload. ♥️♥️♥️
This show deserves more views.
AWESOME ! This show always delivers such hope for people to find their loved ones!
During this time of COVID this show has even more impact. Thank you!
I am a birth mother, so I feel for Christina's mom. But her dad touched my heart.... hopefully the pain and guilt will lessen.
I cry during every one of these!!!
Me too!!!
😭😭😭😭
This is my first episode of this show. I’ve been crying all the way through it. Is this an exceptionally good episode or are they all this emotionally wrenching? I have to prepare myself before I watch more.
I am in tears! I have so much to be thankful for, times were tough, but I had both my parents in my life! ❤️🌹🐝
I have literally rubbed my eyelids off getting these tears dry. My god. The fulfillment of these hearts is immeasurable.
This is very tough for me to watch. Every child needs the love of both parents. They deserve it. When adults make these discussions to go their separate ways, they don't know how much those selfish acts affect these children.
Aaaahhh..😫😭 I love seeing people this happy!! Restores the spirit in times of such sadness....
