Very useful as I am a Drytron player myself. I am always working on adjusting my deck and i will definitely be implementing these strategies especially once the new support comes out.
Let's go. Tho last combo seem at add too many bricks.(Also take 2 spot in Extra deck)
Drytron is really strong again. It just sucks it has a hard time vs Droll and not having access to Beatrice hurts too.
That tear combo is insane
1 thing ive been trying after the support is adding a watapon and qliphort genius in the deck, really smooths out some lines and makes benten plus zeta or alpha end with DAD and mu beta
The Drykage is back and he brought DAD with him!
3:40 there is a batter line : you activate meteonis to summon Benten, add back meteonis, tribute Benten and 1 zeta, effect Benten add and fairy.

I don't know how I feel about all the extra bricks for the last fancy combo. I feel like Drytron does pretty well on it's own pure utility wise after support (DAD + Mu Beta + maybe dawn dragster + IP is a lot already). Maybe just back it up with crossout and a few handtraps.

Also, isnt drytron meteor shower worth a shot now? It's super accessible with ursatron alpha and a pretty strong counter trap
I mean you can search it but it's a pretty bad brick if you draw it. I would much rather any name over it due to setting up way more interaction/playing through interaction.
In most situations i think imperm is just better but it is for sure worth testing.
+ there is already a lot of soft bricks in the deck. The ritual spell the level 7 drytron, and if you are playing this version then merely, 4k attack ritual, village, vanities, and king of the swamp are all either hard or soft bricks so adding another may not be a good idea.
Insane combos. Looks so crazy now.

There is another way to summon DAD also the other ritual drytrons with the trap born from draconis. Easy to summon also adds protection.
What about running ash, droll, crossout? Ash and droll kind of end drytrons turn most times.
Would u prefer this Build or the new one ? I love the last combo but not sure which Build to Go

Hi @kalator!! I really appreciate your comment! Funny enough, the last time I mentioned Blue Eyes Chaos Max in a Drytron build was ~3 years ago if you can believe it! It’s in the “Drytron 101” playlist on my channel. But for you and your son, I’d love to make an update on it. Give me ~1 month, I’m moving and works a bit busy rn - but I’d love to make a casual / fun Drytron combo feature , and this would be perfect!
You wouldn't run triple tactics thrust? Also a problem i keep running into is having alpha/zeta plus benten and nothing else. You used to at least do something with just them, but not anymore.

I see that the deck gets a major buff, mainly getting way more consistent and no longer losing to Nibiru. These two things alone are awesome, yet I feel we must remove some bricks

Instead of ancient fairy+village+slacker, just play dragster and use all the other space for more versatility, your endboard will be IP, DAD and Dragster insted of IP, DAD and Slacker, wich still GG in my opinion
@@RitualBoat droplets tho? I feel like that’s what makes this crazy - turns off droplets and dark ruler in a lot of situations. Have to play reactive against lvl 1s but still
@@LoganJYA I think it might depend, if next format is handtraps heavy, then better play just dragster, but if people start playing board breakers in main or side, then Your combo is way better.
So just a matter of what does the next format looks like in terms of Staple
I rlly like the new support but i prefer the chaos lock w perfection combo
If we really end on 4 monsters negate and secret village i’d side 1 purple light
Regarding the build i think 2 nu is a better ratio because i find my self bricking on it sometimes

Village bc droplets in my opinion, but we gotta have a way to put anima when snake eye goes for it to turn spells on

since these are first turn boards i assume just in case they beat over it u don’t take the damage

This is copium, you really can cut down hardcore on cards like cyberangels, random 1ofs for when you once are allowed to play an uninterrupted combo, and actually add 6 extra nonengine

@@rebirthofshien364 oh no secret village is tight in my opinion. I really like this combo. However, I think there is def merit for a 100 percent engine dedicated build w/o a gimmick that is consistent, but has room for HTs and flex cards. Like a 9 card lineup. Post info, we may even have to try crossout
@@LoganJYA12 nonengine is possible in a 41 card list. If you want more consistency, just play more names, prosp or 1f1
