I ´ve done this exercise in all programs, in inventor as well. It was based exactly on a drawing which I got from a user. You can do something similar maybe in an easier way.
That is really professional work! but I have a one question, of course, if you have ability and time, Could you use Siemens NX to create some big project, for example high-speed train. It is just will be really interesting to watch it)))

Hello Mr. Wolfgang, I am looking for some formula and parameters work in NX8.5, for my project. The condition is to maintain 1300 belt length between three pullies of crankshaft pulley, water pulley (above crankshaft pulley) and an alternator pulley with lever control (left or right side of water pulley) . Aim is crankshaft pulley and water pump pulley are, in fixed position and alternator pulley is hinged and controlled with curved lever. This arrangement can be noticed on tractor engines basically. With a fixed belt length between the three. How to control the alternator pulley playing on lever curve. This is to check the clearance of the belt with neighboring parts when assembled upon engine after usage, the worst case position to calibrate. Please guide me with a clue to start with.. I am expecting the formula control for this as in CatiaV5.
Sorry - I have to regret to say - without seeing this - I have no idea what you want to do! I´m not an engineer, just a humble trainer for these programs.
Hey hi..I didn't understand why u gave 25 and 18 radius to the extrude from which u offset the surface for each 1mm...In drawing there is no radius as well

Sir, how did you get that blend radius of 25 & 18 for mid surface ?
I just used 25 & 18 - you can use different ones, it is just an exercise.
