Sir what if skewness value is 2.64 and kurtosis is 7.6? If beyond the acceptable range. Then how can we treat this issue? Please address this query.

These values are also ok. Just report them. I was using the range on the 5 point Likert scale. Different data will have different values.

Yes they are ok. closer to zero are normality indicator, no matter positive or negative

It might open but in the background,
Or the SPSS u r using might not be fully licensed.
Or there must be something wrong with the settings. Look for SPSS output window settings
