Negative does not mean insignificant. Negative and positive both are relationships, if you expected a positive relationship and it turned out to be negative, then your hypothesis is rejected.

Thanks for watching. Mean is for single variables, hypothesis is relational. Higher mean doesn't lead to significant hypothesis.

That depends on the statement. SA as 7 would mean strong agreement with the statement.

You can include missing value details so the reader may know if there was any missing data.

A value close to 3 would mean that respondents primarily have aneutral opinion about the indicator or variable.

Analyze -> Descriptive -> Descriptive Statistics
Add Age from left list box to the right and you will have it.
