    Nice work Steve. You did manage to put a video out before me : ) Mine is going to be cooler though lol. I need to check the compressor I have to make sure it doesn't have the same problem as yours. I appreciate you putting a video out and showing people this can be done. I told you we could safely make it happen using our split cells. I know you spent many years looking into this and so have I. Its refreshing to see it all come together. Can't wait to see what else you come up with.

    Great demonstrations Steve on showing the separator cell. This is exactly what I am looking for on different projects. The projects I am looking at using it for is the automobile introducing it with the fossil fuel vaporizing system that I just developed is getting me 36 miles per gallon in the city.

      ***** Ya I'am sure the government will try to stop us people from doing this. That's there job. Right? To fuck us all over. And make sure we don't have any independent thought. Oh I'am sure they will say its for our own safety and the Great "Home land security" bull shit!. And they love to try and protect us from our selves. Like with the big "War on drugs".

    Love your video. Might I say it also scares the living shit out of me. I know you are very competent and hope you don't take offence at the following suggestions. 1) Earth grounding. Possibly a sheet of well grounded mesh on the flow of the work area to stand upon and most metallic equipment. 2) Air flow, big fans, so in the even of any leaks the H2 is mixed down to at least 18% , below 4.6% would make most people happy. Just big fans directed at the equipment. With very best regards, Chris

      High Chris, thanks for your suggestios. I think security is very important if you want to do that at home. My english is not very good but I think that I understood both. The second one related to leaks of hidrogent (very very small molecule, two protons) they can go away in a tiny space. I was checking several detectors with 1% and 2% levels to activates alarmans and ventilation. The question is. 4.6% of H2 is safe? The first one, you need a ground plane for what, security or it is for to reduce EMI, I mean the small voltage that appear when you share a connector for two current flow?
      Thank you ver much delvis for your videos.
      Thanks for reading and a happy new 2022!!!

  • @oudotcom
    @oudotcom 10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    How many PSI can your tank stand ?
    What is the best and safest compressor to compress H2 into this tank ? You could just first fill the tank completely with water to push all air out and then fill the H2 into it under water, so there will be no air getting into the tank. It is pretty tricky to do it this way and you need a big water bath also where you can sink the gas tank into it first...

    I was going to suggest some thing like a solar wind mill hybrid for a back up but that comes back around to batters and it sound like you are trying to get away from that. I was told once "energy is never lost just converted." Have you thought about taking the extra lost heat and channeling it through a closed loop steam engine. something like a boiler loop around the exhaust pipe of a water heater, generator engine, fireplace, ect. It would also help keep your engines cooler recirculating the water in a closed loop. much like a cooling system on a car. It all comes back to a battery though. An there are bugs to root out but it is a ideal.

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      One of the big reasons why I'm doing this is for energy storage. You talked about batteries, well think of the stored hydrogen as your batteries. Hydrogen doesn't go bad or wear out like batteries do. using a fuel cell when needed for electricity. I like your idea about using the waste heat. Maybe it can be used to make electricity also.

    From all my investigations in to hydrogen this is the best I have seen so far. Also you have mention my idea for this processes. My idea is to use solar panels to use the electricity, to produce hydrogen, to use on generator, to use at night. Making you complete independent on electricity.The search I am doing is to make this safe as possible.

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +gr1nder07 I decided to go a different way. A compressor will be a add on in the future. The test system is totally automated now. I will have something to show in the next few months. The hydrotube produces over 99% purity so the purifier gets it up to 99.92%. Great for compression.
      Thanks for asking!

    If you are recombining the oxygen with hydrogen in your H-cat, shouldn't it go before the dryer?

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      You will want a dryer before and after the purifier. The purifier will not work if too much moisture in in it and it makes moisture when oxygen recombines with oxygen so if you want semi dry gas use a dryer after.

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's the KOH that is added to the water to make the electrolysis process possible. The bubbler strips it out of the gas so it exits clean.

  • @erikkristjansen8631
    @erikkristjansen8631 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Yeah: I really think you're on the right track .I wonder if magnets, north and south, on the bottom of the tubes would help to separate the hydrogen and oxygen of your electrolyte where the connecting tube comes through.

    Hi delvis. I have a question I've been thinking about for a while. Maybe you can answer it for me. I understand that both electrolysis and resonant frequencies by pwm break water into its component parts, that is hydrogen and oxygen. I also understand that electrolysis of water gives us what's called Brown's gas, which not only has O and H, but also O and H isotopes (I hope that's the right word), basically a mixture that burns about 3x more powerful than gasoline burned with air. (Again, I hope I've been told it properly).
    Here's the thing; does breaking water apart using resonant frequency by pwm give us Brown's gas as electrolysis of water does, or does it give just O and H?
    Another thing I wondered about is, when you lit your torch you were using the separated H that came out of your purifier, is that correct? If so, the flame would have to get O from the air in order for it to burn without ruining the neighbourhood and everybody's day. If you're bleeding off the O into the air, wouldn't it be simpler to just recombine the two gases, or for this purpose not even separate them, so they come out of the torch together (in the proper proportions) to burn with the only exhaust being water?
    I guess there's another thing. I guess I don't know a lot all about breaking water apart using resonant frequency by pmw (I understand the basic principle, shake the water until it breaks), and your "joined tube" apparatus is basically the same as the apparatus for electrolysis of water. My question is, how is the pmw set up so it breaks the water up so that only H is in one tube and only O is in the other? My guess is I really don't understand how resonant frequency by pmw works. ;-/

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Bruce Dobson As far as I know breaking water into hydrogen and oxygen using electrolysis creates Brown's gas. All the resonant frequency stuff your reading on the internet as far as i'm concerned is fringe science. There is nothing out there that proves using frequencies does anything to the gases.
      In other videos we use HHO generators (Brown's gas generators) The have the H and The O combined. For this project we separate them so that the H can be safely stored or compressed.

    i think it would be a good idea to have an oxygen sensor / alarm / shut off at the end of the production line, just before it goes into the storage tank - that way if for any reason that oxygen gets into the output - the system will alert and or shut down the production .

    • @nextlevelcrafts3771
      @nextlevelcrafts3771 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is the combination of Hydrogen and Oxygen (HHO) that is dangerous. This gas is H2 it similar to propane and natural gas.

    • @quantumbitz3473
      @quantumbitz3473 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is not true, while H2 is the the most explosive, it also is lightest of the elements; it is the only gas that will float up and dissipate the easiest atmospherically . The other two mentioned will always collect at ground level and therefore much more dangerous. The toxicology of the propane and natural gas is another consideration as is the machines that use this archaic method of explosive technology...

    Howdy Steve. Cool system. Instead of using the long tank why not just fill some balloons and when they are full kick on the compressor to the storage tank? Weather balloons hold quite a bit of fuel. Also if you could find a way to mount an o2 sensor on the tank that would alert you of any potentiall dangerous situation would be re assuring to me. Using the stored gas to run a small Honda generator would be a kick.

    What is inside of the pipe bomb looking device?

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mark G The pipe purities the hydrogen. It takes out any stray oxygen. it has specialized catalytic converters in it.

    • @Ubya_
      @Ubya_ 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      delvis11 a catalytic converter doesn't purify the hydrogen "removing" the oxigen, it simply makes it react with the hydrogen to make water again, so you should use another dryer at the end of the purifier.
      it produces heat becouse hydrogen+oxigen it's an exothermic reaction.

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      well you wrong there. The converters I use do purify hydrogen.

    compressor is easy to modify, just remove the cylinder head and drill another hole on the head and put an intake check valve on it

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      lightrose100 The problem with these small compressors is they intake air through the crank case. small sealed compressors are hard to find

    • @lightrose100
      @lightrose100 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      The intake is through the piston, you can epoxy it shut and you can buy a couple of tiny ball valve and a tee one for intake from hho

    • @lightrose100
      @lightrose100 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can drill and tap another hole for intake

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I understand what you are saying now. Just glue it shut and drill a intake hole with a check valve. Great Idea!!

    hey steve! cool to see you working on this. is this based on the same concept as a deoxo catalytic filter? if so.. are you getting a build up of water in the stainless wool pre-filter? in as far as i understand it (very limited) the oxygen exits as water...?
    I was, at one time, going to inquire about more information regarding this product, as a final filter:

      I hope you don't mind. I am by no means a scientist of any kind. I can only tell you (and others) what I have been told by others, whom I trust have learned either by their own experimentation or by someone else's teaching.
      I don't know with absolute certainty how much hydrogen gas one litre of liquid hydrogen will give, but I've been told that one litre of water yields some 1,866 litres of combustible, using electrolysis. I'm going to asume the ratio is the same using resonant frequency by pmw because water is water regardless of which system is used.

    • @SkyKing101010
      @SkyKing101010 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I forgot to add the question, is the ratio 1:1,866 a high enough ratio for compression?
      Bonus: Even at that ratio water is completely safe, and it won't blow up or burn.

    • @Hydrogen4Health

    Shouldn't the oxygen scavenger come before the drier? The scavenger is basically burning the hydrogen to eliminate the oxygen, making water.

    • @Hydrogen4Health
      @Hydrogen4Health  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      A dryer is actually needed before and after the purifier. The H needs to be dried before it goes into the purifier.
      The moisture will damage it's capability,

    take your little torch there put it into a chilled box see how much water condenses inside that little box, none not only that but the torch won't stay lit very long because you'll run out of oxygen because your also burning the oxygen. you have to understand physics to understand it's a basic exothermic reaction.

  • @dennislhustjr69

    take a standard car engine running on gas, witch is a long chain hydrocarbon, the feul burns in this case it's still a hydrogen compound and the hydrogen burns off and turns into carbon hopefully all of the hydrogen is burned off and we get soot out the tailpipe in a perfect mix. if not the broken hydrocarbon now becomes shorter hydrocarbons and the left over carbon that's mixes with oxygen to make Co and co2 and sometimes no2

    Seeing ths I immediatly think of the shoeboxcompressor!
    You think this will work for the hydrogen?
    The ShoeBox is the worlds smallest and lightest line of high pressure compressors starting at $649 dollars. These are the least expensive 4500 psi (or 3000 psi) air compressors on the market. It allows you to fill your paintball tanks or air rifles in the convenience of your own home. If your tired of hauling your scuba tank to the dive shop for a fill, or the long drive to find a paintball store with a fill station, we finally have an affordable solution.
    Compressor Open Frame
    Patent applied for
    The ShoeBox Compressor offers freedom from relying on others for high pressure compressed air. If you have a 4500 psi or 300 bar paintball tank you can fill it directly from the ShoeBox. If you have a SCBA 44 cubic foot tank the ShoeBox will fill that too. 80 cubic foot scuba tanks are often filled by both our paintball and air rifle customers. They use the scuba tank to transfer fill to their paintball marker or air rifle instantly.
    The ShoeBox works with your 85 psi shop air compressor to "boost" the final output pressure to 4500 psi or 300 bar. This eliminates the cost of the first stage and allows the ShoeBox to have a retail price nearly 10% of standard 4500 psi air compressors.

    I don't see the need for the bubbler. Also if I was looking for pure hydrogen I would not take the chance of passing pure hydrogen through water in case of contamination. Bada Big Boom !

      The water in the bubbler takes out any koh that may be in the H. It doesn't add oxygen.
