For 8 years a single bar of a melody of a song has been popping in my head periodically. All my brain could make out was the word 'realise' at the end of a line, that is was a female singer, R&B/Pop from the period 2000-2005. This morning I discovered it was this! The part stuck in my head was the piano melody at the beginning.
I love when that happens, Its like closure finally.

Can't believe this has under half a million views. Such an underrated song and video - my interpretation of this seems to be the frustration and pain of having an intense connection with someone when both parties refuse to act on it. Having the video in the context of a militant situation really gets this across.
I agree - but most artists pay for views in tube they are not all real views - i work in the music industry so know
TH-cam did not exist when this song was released so that’s why there are so few views

I've never really been a fan of Jamelia but this song is amazing...the type of song you can get lost in and listen to for hours on end and that's exactly what I've been doing.

About 10 years ago i was in year 10 Uk (about 15 years old) and i was with my friends and someone i didnt know joined us. We we're in a place called Hippy Heaven which is in London. We heard this song and in unison said "i love this song!".. turned out it was because of the guy in your video we thought he was gorgeous. She was going through gender reassignment treatment. She killed herself. She couldnt cope. Please be kind to people.
