What is the meaning behind the lyrics? I thought it was about a woman desperately wanting a man she is infatuated with to give her signs he reciprocates and that he knows how to behave well as a partner in general e.g. tell his lover what he is up to from time to time (like normal Lovers do according to what has happened between most Lovers throughout human existence) P.S. I agree with what you stated at the beginning about your mother being the only woman in the video; strange...There should have been more women in the video in my opinion (all struggling to be loved by their respective crushes) rather than Jamelia being someone who plays a woman wanting love from any man (hence the appearance of many men and scenes where there is looking at them)?
