as i love to se my city on youtube i should correct you that Ptuj is the oldest city in slovenia and defenetly way more beautifull than Kranj. i highly recomend to visit Ptuj around 3.-13. feb. when is kurentovanje wich is one uniqe and rly awesome tradition. Kranj is kind of boring since it was always indrustrial city

Love your videos Ben! Twin cities - being from Croatia, I reckon two things... cultural exchange, e.g. children from one city visit another and vice versa, or dancing ensembles... and cities cover the cost I suppose. And the second thing is maybe some business exchange incentive - e.g. factories start working together more closely. Enjoy the Balkans!

Twincities share same backround normally. Those places other countries must be old cities with similar history. So they make cultural and art exchange or just students visit vice versa. Its great to have friend city with similar specs in other place
