Thank you for this. You're absolutely correct. I'm a Libra with Virgo rising and Saturn in the 10th house. During my younger years I had one terrible job after another. Nothing was handed to me. Then when I reached middle age everything changed and I was able to open doors to success. Looking back I understand that I had to go through those trials to be the person I am now and to gather strength and resilience for what lies ahead.
I've always said the most important thing my dad taught me was his work ethic, absolutely the hardest working man I've ever known. I've got Sun-Saturn conjunct in Taurus in the 10th right on Algol, which doesn't make things easier, and indeed I've worked my ass off for everything I've ever gotten. One thing I have noticed over the years...a large percentage of people I've come across rarely call me by just my first name, instead calling me "Miss Mary." When I've asked about it, I've been told that "it just feels right."
I have this in Aries and right on my midheaven too My father instilled so much fear in me and was so ridiculously hard on my whilst giving me no support to live up to the achievement he wanted me to produce. I hated responsibility for almost all of my life before early twenty’s. Then early and mid twenties so far has been me working as hard and smart as I can and facing a lot of obstacles but always learning something new. I also have been able to change my previous subconscious about those feelings my dad gave me as a kid. Now the way I see it is that there’s nothing and no one in the profesional sphere who could ever scare me because I from a young age was straight faced with a grown man screaming in my face. In practice this lack of fear in the face of masculine dominated environments has gained me a ton of respect from others and for myself.
I have Saturn in Gemini/10th house opposite Sun in Sagittarius/4th house. So many issues with my dad, with self esteem and self confidence. Chronic illness has taken me out of the world of work and success which is very difficult and I constantly feel unfulfilled. Fear is a constant.
I have saturn conjunct midheaven in Cancer. Mars in 10th too. Very tough relationship with mother but started a business in late 30's. 10 years later still running strong...hard work but I earn very good living. My love life takes a beating because of work
I've got Saturn & Pluto conjunct Midheaven/10th in Libra in my chart. Pluto's right before MC and Saturn is right after so those two heavy hitters straddle my MC. I've always been approached by people asking questions when I'm shopping at a store or market because apparently I look like I work there or know what I'm doing. Also, having a job has alllways made me feel really "heavy," even on the days I'm not working...it's like, that heavy work experience is out there to be reckoned with, doesn't matter if I have a day off or a month off, when I have a job life just feels heavier all the time. I have Saturn Rx, Pluto Rx and Mars Rx in the 10th house in Libra. Does the fact that it’s retrograde delay things even further? Does the fact that Saturn is in Libra make things a little easier? Do the delays and restrictions lift after 35? (I’m 40). Thanks.
@@Billy-Love Yes I believe the NN/Rahu matures around 42 so hopefully there will be some improvements in my 7th house matters around then. But I keep hearing that Saturn matures around 35 and that it’s exalted in Libra and I’m not feeling that just yet. I guess I did become a boss at work around 35 but I worked really hard for it and didn’t find that career to be very fulfilling so now I’m starting all over. Maybe that’s the Pluto influence, Idk. I’m just tired of having to work so hard for everything and was hoping that would ease up by now.
@@Billy-Love I’m a Taurus sun. Venus in Pisces. Jupiter recently crossed my Venus and that was supposed to be life-changing but nothing happened. Uranus crossed my Sun and opposed my MC last year and I feel like that’s when my uncertainty around my life path truly started. Maybe something will come out of these Taurus-Scorpio eclipses. Oh nooo, Saturn is about running a marathon, not a race. Like every day or week a few hours but consistently. It can dwindle in time but still has to be consistent. It can be as simple as 4-5 hours daily and later on even less, at one moment saturn cements the achievements and it can be as little as 1-2 hours per week, when the structure is put in place
My Saturn is in the 10th Taurus ♉️ 1 degree however my Sun os there at 17 degrees. Not sure if it’s conjunct. Lada is spot on with she says abt the Sun being there with Saturn
