Simple Chicken Adobo for dinner. Definitely a favourite! So delicious!

Chicken Adobo is one of my favourites. The sourness and sweetness and the aroma of bay leaves always gets to me. So many versions and yet each one tastes delicious. Try this!
Ingredients:
8-10 Pieces Chicken Drumettes
5-6 cloves of garlic chopped
1 Tsp Whole pepper corn or 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
3-4 Bay leaves
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1 Tsp Chicken powder
1 Tsp Dark Soy sauce (optional) add in the end for color
Marinade:
2 Cups Sprite or 7 Up soda
1/4 cup of Light Soy sauce
