Those crouch servers are like a plague in the old games. So hard to find a vanilla gameplay experience on PC.

Back in the day when MW3 was popular on the PS3, someone in a lobby said to join them in a private game so me and a few other people did. He said when this match is over watch the replay.
So then he ended the game and I watched the replay. What I saw from his perspective was his gun was long and I could see his arms! (I was a 12 year old console kiddie and didn't know what FOV or ViewModelFOV was.)
I thought to myself, well that was weird...
I continued to play the game but now MY FOV was cranked up! From then on whenever I booted the game I would watch a few seconds of that game I saved and my FOV would be turned up to like 110 until I closed the game entirely.
What made me think of this is when the menu was normal at 1:25 but changed to the sexy ladies at 1:54 after you had loaded into the game.

Yes those were called “infection” hacks. There were much more nefarious ones.
There was an old one where you joined a user on XBL named “Kracker85” and it gave you unlimited UAV, FOV, and “wall hacks”. These were called “GB” wall hacks because they were meant to be undetectable, unlike other ones that spammed messages in the lobby and stuff. This was on Cod4. This account was online 24/7 for like a good year.
I always ran the fov video in my vault to always have extended view! My favorite cod. ❤️

Yeah that’s a bit of a downside with Steam CoDs. There’s no swear filter. Which I mean it makes sense for a mature game but it’s awful for streamers because stream snipers can easy get someone gamershot off the platform

heres a tip if u r going to play mw2 or bo2 download iw4x and plutonium, full servers no hackers and are safe to play on. the problem with cods like steam mw2, mw3 and other games there is chance your pc can be hacked by just having the game open. playing the modded clients is 100% the way

Black Ops 3 maaaaan, those were the time, every single one of my buddies was playing Cod at that time. Now almost nobody is left apart from 3-4 guys in Warzone.

I remember getting BO1 on PC when I was like 11 or 12 and I really thought servers were gonna be just like console lmaooo.. I joined a crouch server not really knowing wtf that meant, running around and killing people getting kicked left and right like, "why tf do I keep getting kicked from servers this is bs." I was quite dence.
Idk if you’ve played the cracked Pluto,iw4x, s1x… think they would honestly be new favorites, jus the suttle additions in map rotation and afew extra guns kinda makes the whole experience feel fresh
Not to mention there is also dedicated servers on literally all of them I didn’t think I was going to like bo2 on 18 player servers but it’s actually great. Usually 3-4 full games on aw, ghosts… on bo2 mw2 and mw3 usually have 10+ full lobbies

@@jacksonneedham2792 cracked versions don’t require you own the base game but id recommend it for legality. Rather be safe than sorry… the makers of the games don’t make any money so technically I think it’s okay? Other than potential loss of revenue. On plutonium’s website and iw4x it has a super detailed install guide, it looks confusing at first but it literally took me 15 minutes to get bo2 to work and then like 10 minutes per game for WaW-AW… I don’t even play the base games anymore, the console commands, unlocked frames, fov, and population make it sooooo much better
one time in COD WAW the only big server they had was when everyone was where everyone was supposed to be crouching
SBMM ruined call of duty for me, i remember when i could just chill and occasionally pop off on insane streaks and now it's just sweating going 1:1 every game
Apparently the Ranked Servers being down was a temporary issue and theyre back now, i cant confirm it though as i do not own the Game myself.

This game is a pain in the ass! Enemies take 6 shots but then you get killed by 3 bullets like whats up with kill time. I lose gunfights after spraying that many bullets into an enemy

There’s third party FOV changers for the old CODs you can use. Me and my friends have been using them for years no VAC or anything they’re allowed. Helps a lot
man i wish i lived in america for crap like this, here in Au/OCE its just widely accepted that you cant play older games online because A. just not enough people and B. every server has 300+ ping anyway so its almost impossible to play
Bo3 on console is still playable except for the occasional invisible cheater.

Not for cod games unless you download third party clients which are separate apps where you play matches through. Reason being is because there's cheaters in the main servers who can hack you and take control of ur pc.
