For one side i like that there's no killstreaks. Always liked the reliance in gunplay for kills. This game looks like a blast and the TTK seems really appealing, like some of the older cods. I havent played cod in ages, and when i say ages i mean from bo3 (and i avoided that game for the most part as i kinda hate the jetpack shit), but xdefiant seems like the thing

i hate the hitmarker sound. it sounds like im hitting a metal pipe , to which im doing no damage at all. literally my biggest turnoff from the game. Also dont really like the drop time. Hate on me but i seriously cant stand long drop times, especially with games that have aim assist. all in all pretty solid game. Probably will be playing it a bit here and there, hope that there is not a huge competition and pubs can be played like pubs and dont have to be sweaty asf. Nice video Nate!

Easy fix, the net code they used was from the alpha test. They weren’t expecting that number of players they had in that beta. Idk about the graphics though maybe they’ll touch up on it but I’m not 100.
What game resolution do you use? It looks weird, I recently bought Call of Duty MW2 and when I raised the gun to aim it was very slow and there was a map of a highway that I definitely asked for a refund. They have been releasing very bad games for years.

Idk I played the beta for like 10 hours and as I did have fun in certain moments, it still gets stale like anything else. It’s pretty bland and I don’t see this game lasting unless they make some big changes
@@thespeedsHD personally i have +200h of aim trainers and it helped me a lot at the "begining" but now i just play to keep the same lvl or doing bots on COD when i run off time Make sure u keep the same sens/fov/aspectratio too

You can still have a smooth fast pace game such as splitgate it just wasnt properly executed by them theres tons of issues with splitgate even tho it feels exactly the same as bo3 which is praised as an all time great

It wont be better or bigger than call of duty unless they release this game on every platform. That way, they'll get more downloads, more money, and more recognition. Not everyone has a pc to play this game. But if they do release this on every platform, I'll be happy to say that call of duty is done. Whoever is left playing cod still, they can still enjoy it n all, but it wont be mainstream nor will it be AAA anymore (pretty sure thats the focus on the downfall of cod now)

SBMM is never a good thing in a casual shooter/game. Imagine you are a noob and always get matched against players who have the exact same skill level as you do - you have no reason to improve then. Back then it was always "dominate the lobby" or get "smashed" and that was a good thing. It encouraged noobs to improve their gameplay and good players got rewarded for their skill.
We all have been there. If you really enjoy a game and keep playing you usually will improve. I also don't understand how some players don't get motivated after they get destroyed. You literally SEE what's possible. How are you not motivated to reach that skill level? CoD MW2 has SBMM and no skill gap. So maybe have a look at this game
