Was wary at the start with the thickness of wood batens and quality of panelling as i like things to be heavy duty but its turned out proper nice. Even the mistake is actually what your expect from a OE moulding the way it leads you hand in to the recess. Top work dude.
Thanks for taking the time to make a video on this. I just removed the trim on my sliding door for purposes of a campervan conversion and I thought, gee I reckon I could make a door recess for extra storage. So this video was exactly what I was looking for.
Wow! Thanks for this, we bought a plastic one of these, but it interfered with the door lock cable. So we wave made a new card out of hard board to avoid the cables, but I think ply is the way to go. So thank you for that!
