Very nice internal qiqong Taiji...when i studied w/him in the early 80's he was much more 'martial' in his teaching and his Taiji was razor sharp...His Bagua is amazing. Thanks for posting!
So many styles and interpretations of Tai Chi, but this was a new one for me. It reminded me of some Kung Fu snake forms, especially the fast spiralling hand movements. The flow was amazing, so smooth and fluid like. Some aspects seem to really stretch and twist the spine in different ways, which would require great flexibility and deep relaxation to do. Thank you for posting something really different in terms of Tai Chi performance
i've never seen his variations in the Tung line. this was reminiscent of chien hou's form in some ways imho. is anyone else doing this form so i can see it better ? xie xie

This is variations on Tung style Tai Chi Chuan (with some amazing errors) and some Pa kua on the end!
The second form is Sun Xikun EIGHT PALM BAQUA
