@@malice_plays play on a off hours server too and you'll get them uncontensted 80% of the time. Killed 7 in the bunker twice. Also get your weapon repair skill as high as possible. Then you can use repaired scav guns, even the vss w/o worrying about jams basically at all. You get the repair kits all the time in the garage in the middle chalet.
