Watching halfman and pestilly play has increased my survival chances on tarkov from 1/20 to almost a 1/7 raids unfortunately i think i have capped out and im just not gonna get better. T.T

Personaly its more I have 0 exprience and that im scared of bring in a situation where I have to restart with scavs only lmao.
I did do the scav only challenge and managed to get 10m rubbled + I can clearly see you dont need gear to restart the game but for some reasons I cant get myself to xD
I’ll be honest I’ve never played tark but I love any rags to riches so I’m here for the second session I’ve watched

They're so rare and so often a trap that when a legitimate one happens its so insanely wholesome
when you got shot at right before the paid extraction, your buddy that you met on the stairs shot and killed the guy that shot you, and you can hear him say "I don't know if that was you, but I saved you dude" :) so wholesome

Started watching S9 a few days ago bc i got interested in Tarkov. That turned into me buying it and playing my first raids today. Died multiple times but got one with 2 player and 8 scav kills and good loot. Anyways hyped for your S10 now and ready to learn along the way!

Just started playing this... I know you have over 1500 hours in this. Though damn!! You make it look so easy, lol. My avg life span is 2-3 minutes, lol. I hear shots, and it's so hard to figure figure out where they're coming from... and how far they are away.

Half what are your opinions on ground zero? Some buddies and I were getting super frustrated on it because it felt like it was too much, but I'm curious on your thoughts

Btw, the 8700K is a gigantic bottleneck. A 11700K or 13600K would be great.

It didn't matter cause you died but you attempted to put the key in your gamma case but it was full and thus you didn't take it. While space is at a premium be careful you actually grab the items you want.
Tough luck on the last kill. Hard to even be prepared for that one.

Naaa save the money. The game is bugged so you can die on that map and some time get the extract anyways aka you lose everything but get the payed for extract quest done. Makes no sense but that’s just how it be. I got mine done first raid that ways and I’m tell you it’s kind of dumb

I think a lot of people have had their first death on that mine at 25:31 (I know mine was) Glad im getting back into tarkov and hyped to see this RtR from E1

I found TWO gpus in ground zero. one is not FIR because i died unfortunately. Also a slick... I can only imagine they changed loot rolls or something?
One thing that I can say about the new map is that there are a lot of PCs and I have already found 2 GPUs.

The loot pool on Ground Zero seems pretty good actually; seen people find Tertis, 60 round mags, P90s and other nice guns, ETC...
i think that using the gamma is a really good choice

hi man! love the rags to riches series, but i have one question. what are your display settings? because my game is very dark and in some parts of the map i just cant see anything.

How do you have the upgraded secure storage? Haven't got the gamma or omega
You only get the Gamma from the EOD version of the game. But you can get the Epsilon container from finishing the punisher quest line and there is also the Kappa container but that is much harder to get.

Yo with this season how come your starting with a gamma box?
The last wipe's start was so demoralizing that I sat most of the wipe out, this wipe I'm inexplicably 4-0 and chewing my way through Ground Zero.
And I tell you what, for the commenter who suggested playing some S.T.A.L.K.E.R: GAMMA as an alternative/practice for Tarkov, I have to conclude that it really helps with practicing bolt-action snap shooting, especially acquiring your target off of a quick peak.

Although I follow your channel and have been watching since season 8, I want to ask why you leave certain things that you know you currently need. e.g. You left classic matches even though you need it for your hideout and later on, you go on a run specifically searching for that item that you've not picked up in the past. (I genuinely wanna know your thought process behind it)
Depends on the wipe. This wipe I wasn't focus on hideout stuff other than things that are harder to find. My focus early on was quests more than anything
