Oh yeah old sword . I did a larger finger choil on a two sun ts220 just a few minutes ago I finished and it worked out great finishing with 2000 grit for an even sheen . Now I like it better 👍👍. I used a diamond file from wal mart . The cheap $8 Smith yellow handle one got it done . I m suprised there s still diamonds on the half I used but there are . Took about 15 minutes
@@OGBladeReviews it’s not a fixed blade and sorry to go off topic . I had just received the knife and knew it needed more of a finger choil to choke up in comfortably from Jared’s vid or LTK s review and planned on doing it but it went easier than expected with the diamond thing , a good 1/4” longer .You wouldn’t like the 220 ,handle is too short but if it wasn’t 👍👍. Now it’s like a a Kancept fenirir blade or spiderco ish , strider ish . You know what I mean , lol . You might like it . They really pack the blade in and at the back of the handle it’s angled so it feels like1/4” to 1/2 “ is gone right there . If it brought the top and bottom out to the tip and anotjer 1/4 “ overall in blade and handle we would be loving this . I m sure there’s a lot of knives with this design . It does feel right to me .
I've always been a fan of carrying a small fixed blade instead of a folder in the pocket- and TOPS makes my favorite small fixed blades. I'm taking a hard look at that spyderco.
TKell uses 1095 exclusively with a special heat treat. The blade coating is Nickel Boron. If you visit his website there's plenty of information on both. tkellknives.com/
We all have our favorites, as well as favorite knife research. I can't speak to Fox's heat treating (Bastinelli) or Williams, but Tim Kell offers a great deal of background on how his blades are heat treated. Thanks for watching! 👊🗡️👍
love ur choice of knives. ima huge bastinelli fan
Appreciate you doing these types of fixed blade reviews. Some of these don't get a lot of camera time on TH-cam
Thanks for watching! Much appreciated. 👊🗡️👍
Love my street beat and bowie
Thanks for your work 👍. As always valuable, interesting review
My pleasure!
Very nice selection of blades there

Cool, is that a fixed blade?

I've been looking for something similar to the Spyderco Ronin 2, maybe a half inch longer in the blade, around 4.5" or so. Great video.
Ocassionally I like to EDC these fixed blades: Kizer Harpoon, CJRB Hyperlite, and Sencut Waxahachee. Oh and the Kizer Baby. Great video!
Waxahachie I excellent 👍
Awesome video! Love these blades 😎🥷🏽🤘🏽
I like the William's best
Got to get yourself one of those! Check out Lamnia or blade HQ. 🗡️👊🔥
Looks like Lion Steel have built it the way CRKT should have.

Tops Poker is a good one I covered in a previous review on fix blades! 🗡️👊
@@OGBladeReviews dude its already on my list to get! I'm going to pull the trigger on the Poker, Street Scalpel 2, and Quickie
.. and don't forget the Rapid Strike! 🗡️👊
@@OGBladeReviews I have the lions toothpick 😏
Man, that is an enviable sub-collection!
Thank you sir, and actually paired down for this video so I have more left for another! 😁👊🗡️
Those are all great! 👍
Love that T-Kell model. What steel is it in? Is that his nitric boride finish? Thanks.

Hate to pay for your knife habit but you have great taste.
It's all for the love of the knife! 🗡️👊
There are way too many great fixed blades with craptacular sheaths for any kind of rapid deployment.
I agree, many companies should invest in a better sheath!
“ a slicer, hence the name chopper” 🤔 hence the word oxymoron 🤷🏻♂️
You'll have to take that up with Mr. Bastien Coves 😁🗡️👊
these are more expensive then my ESEE and TOPS knives. their heat treat is nowhere near as good, from any of these designer knives
