I feel like the argument of “No pronouns are stupid” is the same argument as “They/Them can’t be singular”. But look at how that was proven wrong lol.
I think one of the reasons why the “no pronouns” thing is seen as an issue by some isn’t just because of queerphobia but some would just find it annoying to not be able to refer to anyone by a set of pronouns, but it’s about what the individual who prefers a pronoun set or doesn’t, not the person who thinks it’s weird.
