When the second part of the song hit with the guitar I mentioned it sounded like Hendrix’s “Star Spangled Banner”. my dad goes “well he played it at sunrise, maybe that’s where ‘suns coming up’ comes from” Blew my fucking mind. Not sure if that were KP’s intentions but man, that would be a crazy connection.
The album, came in time/era where ppl have never felt more alone/disconnected. It TRULY is, a modern classic/gem. Genius really. I think that´s why this album means so much to a lot of ppl. Because you can relate to it so well. But there is also hopefulness, oddly within the album.

Came from the future... it isn't better than Lonerism, it's probably his weakest work too, but it's still an amazing album. It's concept is so reflexive and its style is very nostalgic.

Well, people are constantly changing and shedding their past selves so in a way "it was him" but not so much anymore. I can say the same about myself. I'm not the same person that I was when this album came out and changed my life.
