I'm back at the piano with one of my favorites!
I actually already recorded a version with my dear friend Juan Ibáñez Mateos in the style of the Platters. This one is more like Tennessee Ernie Ford version.
Sixteen Tons was first recorded by Merle Travis in 1946 and made famous by Tennessee Ernie Ford in 1955.

Alors fais comme moi... Chope la Covid !!! Sans rire, pendant 2 jours j'étais bloqué au niveau vocal à un octave au dessous de ma voix habituelle. Je ne savais même pas que mes cordes vocales pouvaient vibrer aussi bas ! Heu... 😷Enfin... 🤒Vu les effets secondaires de cette saleté de virus... n'essaie pas trop souvent !!! 🤧🤧
@@Pinktbird haha, je valide cette technique, (non pas qu'il faille tomber malade exprès). Toutefois, il y a quelques semaines, j'ai attrapé un rhume qui a significativement baissé ma tessiture. Petit scoop, j'en ai profité pour enregistrer un morceau de Johnny Cash qui sortira prochainement 😉 (et j'en dirai pas plus hehe)
