- Poets meet Painters 2024 is a competition by Mill Cove Gallery for original, previously unpublished poems in the English language, inspired by the paintings featured on this video and on the website www.kenmareartsfestival.com/home in any style up to 30 lines long. Poets of all ages, gender or nationality are eligible to enter.
Closing date for submissions is the 8 July 2024 and the notification of selected poems will be made on or before Monday 29 July 2024. Awards sponsored by Mill Cove Gallery and PFK Kenmare (Gold & Silversmiths)
Prizes: €600 (1st), €300 (2nd), 2(Highly Commended) €100
Submission Fees: €10 for 1 or2 poems
