Cory, I knew your grandpa Plummer since I was a little kid as we also farmed and raised pigs not too far from his farm. It was the sign on the door of farm truck that caught my attention and drew me to your channel. He was a great man and I'm sure he would be very proud of what you did with it. Much respect to you and Hannah , keep up the good work.
I would like to say thank you to both gentlemen and Mrs Hannah for the invite and help during the property cleanup. You guys shared stories of this lady's heart now I would like to share my own. She hunted for paper and pen to take my name and she said to me that she was going to pray that God blesses me! With my hand in the air and choking back tears I could only reply if you only knew! Thank you to all who helped. I was blessed by the youngsters who never missed a beat black suet from head to toe! I want to say thank you to the couple for their example of what we are to be!
2 Corinthians 9:6-8 Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. Way cool both of you 🙏
I know how you feel,Corey I sold my 1973 Pontiac Grand Prix after I did my first motor swap and Trans overhaul. I had a 400 Pontiac and I spun a bearing,so I put a350 Pontiac motor from a wrecked 75 Grand Lamons , I put duel walker continental glass packs and burned 3 sets of rear tires off and I loved every minute of it,Love Jim,J&R mobile service
That stuff makes water come to an old man's eyes!!!! In my 72 years on this earth, I have discovered you can't out give God!!! Thank you Cory for being obedient to your convictions !!!! Hannah, you and Cory are a precious couple !!! May God continue to bless you all !!!! Eddy
Very cool guys. You 2 are what the world needs more of. People who actually care about others and know that material things are not as important as the memories they create now and from the past. Best part for me, Corey saying it was God’s plan. Enjoy.
Y’all are good people! I gave my daughter a 1975 Silverado with a factory 454 this past Easter. She was as stunned as your cousin. The difference is that I have two more square bodies. Can’t wait for the next build.
I kind know the feeling..I just gave my 1951 F1 chopped top to my nephew... Because I have a bad heart ..but it went to somebody that is going to get a lot of enjoyment from it...
I can't say it any better than anyone else has already said it. You are a Good Man. 👍🇺🇲♥️ I wish You and Hannah have a Blessed Week. We'll see you Friday.👍🇺🇲
Y'all are the best! I wish that I grew up with closeness like that with family. Your cousin has to be elated for sure! Awesome act of love and encouragement ❤!
Anytime you can make someone else's day and dream is a good day even related family because they have some memories of those days years ago and it will be appreciated you could tell by the smile on his face it was an unselfish gesture Cory and Hannah plus you'll still see it around so be careful and stay safe my friends God love ❤ya both.
I was cooking supper and my eyes started watering. I think it must have been the onions I was cutting.🤔 You guys are the greatest ever and it’s in a good place. Love what you guys do and thanks for sharing.♥️👍🏼
Cory, a wonderful thing to do and Hanna being so supportive. You two have really made his day and I think and grandpa would have been proud...Take care until Sunday...Love from the UK.
On that truck you could have just clean the windows and it would have looked clean. That's how I did my 1972 GMC SUBURBAN that was like washing a land yuat so after awhile I just clean the window's and put wet shine on the tires and called it done. Instead of washing the whole thing was a work out. I'm glad I painted it satene yellowish with flat black around the window with a gloss white top. I bought chrome bumber's front and back. I should have just painted the bumber's I had on it could have saved a lot more money. At the time I wanted some chrome to match the GMC chrome grill with the double head light's. Painted the inside black with gray leather seats I got out of a newer suburban. Last thing I had to do was carpet and some wood in the back to complete it. I ended up giving it to my nephew. It just sits on the side of his mom's home to me it's like storage. It could be done over it's been sitting for year's. It's a canvas for another artist?
It's always special when you can give another family member the gift you have given him. This really brings back memories for me,too. I helped my uncle on the family farm alot,so those memories go full circle, with what you two have done. Thanks for taking us along with you guys. Love the channel, keep up the great work.👍✌️😎😁🍀🍀🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
I almost teard up watching this. I didn't know the history of the truck, and it was fun to watch. Can't wait to see what you come up with for your new farm truck!
Cory you made my wife and I tear up 😢but you’re awesome and did a very wonderful thing… and we know whatever you do it’ll be bigger and better.. you’re good people 👏👏👏live watching you guys
That was an amazing thing you did. My 1st 4 cars were former family member's cars, from a 1966 Econoline pickup, a 1970 442, a 65 Pontiac Catalina 4 door with a 2 spd tranny, and a 68 Firebird. I paid what I thought was a lot of money for each one back then, each one cost me 500 bucks each. None were mint, but they all were fun cars to have, and I miss them all. I meant to keep them all, but life and its ugliness took them away, unwillingly for a few. This shop truck will be cared for and loved. Take care guys.
Cory that is the sweetest thing ever.. for truck guys that’s like giving someone a kidney!!! Good on you!! I’m sure your cousin appreciates more than he could verbalize
That's awesome. So glad y'all are at the point in your life where you can do this. Now you will have family with you at shows and stuff. Now go slap a 12V in that old Federal!
You did a Very good thing you brought an old truck back to life and brought it back to its home to make more memories new memories but more memories you and Hannah have memories in it your cousins have memories in it and how many family members will have new memories in it and with it
I simply love you two. You two have the biggest ,kindest hearts. The recap of the build might have made me shed a tear or two lol. I am so proud of you two and love watching you living out your dreams
The fact that it's just going to be up the road at family's house and could swing by anytime to visit it is the best way to send one down the road. Especially when it's your first build on TH-cam. Even though I appreciated it you are right you gave your cousin those memories of being that kid again. He's going to take care of it and he I'm sure will never sell it. With that unbelievable smile and that innocent kid in him you definitely made his year with that gesture. Corey your one class act buddy. This is the thing that Legends are made of. Keep up the good work you guys! Looking forward to you building your new truck. I really think you should finish that Dodge power wagon that you put on the jeep frame. A few months back. Oh shoot it really doesn't matter whatever it is it's going to be bad to the bone. I'm sure that this will push you that way quickly.
You two just made an old fart tear up. Cory you have a great heart and an even bigger soul Bless You Both.
Corey look at it this way. Until you get yourself another truck built. You have the best looking chauffeur around. Hope you have a blessed week
