Water - to soak and cook
Salt - to taste
For Nagori Tadka - Ghee - 2-3 ladlefull
Jeera / Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Saunf / Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Heeng / Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Ginger Chopped - 1 tsp filled
Garlic Chopped - 1 tsp
Dry Red Whole Chilli - 7 pieces
Onion - 1 large chopped fine
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt - to seaon
Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp + ½ tsp for tadka
Amchoor Powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Mirch - 1 tsp + ½ tsp for tadka
