    Is there a link for the IRA source that highlights the details in this video?

    A local (NY) nonprofit has a donor who is offering to pay for the whole solar system... if I can set up the Lease arrangement so that the NP gets the solar, and the donor/investor gets the tax and depreciation benefits. They do not want the direct pay option.
    How do I do this?
    Thank you in advance.

    We are in Maryland and a Non profit, plus we are about to redo a large southwestern facing roof. Can you help us with a solar program?

      Absolutely! We would be thrilled to explore solar energy with you. The first step would be to connect with one of our local solar consultants. They will answer your questions and provide a custom quote if that's the step you would like to take. Give us a call (877-851-9269) or complete the form on this page - www.paradisesolarenergy.com/get-a-quote

    how can qualify for refundable? CPA will know about the process?

    • @thesolarenergychannel
      @thesolarenergychannel  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's not a refund. It's a direct payment for nonprofits and a credit that offsets owed taxes for for-profit businesses and homeowners. We recommend working with your accountant.

    Would an HOA qualify as a non-profit?

      As a general rule, homeowners' associations are considered corporations for federal tax purposes. The 30% tax credit would be used instead of the direct payout (learn more about that here -> th-cam.com/video/pXlKZawjCRg/w-d-xo.html ). However, we recommend you talk with a certified tax accountant to confirm. We're solar experts, not tax experts👍.
