I have an e-bike. From this gen to a power-pack to the bike.
Normal:
1. Plug in power pack to the Gen.
2. A green light on power pack comes on.
3. Plug into depleted bike battery.
4. The red light on power pack turns red.
5 when fully charged, power pack light turns green.
Not normal:
1. Plug power pack into Gen.
2. Light on power pack flickers green and red.
Note: power pack not connected to bike battery. But it does the same when it is.
I checked wires, but must check further

Check voltage from generator. If high look for phillips screw top left of recoil turn counterclockwise till perfect 120. If low turn clockwise till perfect 120
