You should make a video going into depth about lacrosse workouts and lacrosse strength training! I know lots of people that watch your channel that also play lacrosse! I’d love to watch videos about wrist strength and rotational power!
Hey coach, I’ve been running a lot at my football practice but i haven’t been able to run at full speed because of my ankles and knees being so sore. How can I treat it?
Ice those bad boys. Ice after practices and workouts to prevent blood flow which prevents swelling and inflammation. If possible, you might even stop the actions that cause the most soreness. When you have the time off, apply heat (heating pad) to your joints. This will attract blood flow and healing. Do a little research on ice/heat therapy for sore muscles and joints.
Dude you done nothing but talk about what it takes to be running back and just a recruitment video for your players. And then you added a couple exercises which basically squats. You need to get right to the point and quit beating around the bush this is a disappointing video

Knees need to stay aligned with the toe on squats and he was bowing on the SLS. Meaning the weight was too heavy.
