@Jswa it really depends on the storyteller. In images intelligence of men was depicted in penile size sometimes. Heracles was one of the great heroes that was depicted with a large penis, indicating he really was kinda dumb but beyond hera driving him mad and killing his wife he wasn't seen in a very good light especially towards women.
