For those wondering why Dewey's yo-yo tricks seemed so popular, they fit within the spectrum of the "so bad that it's good" mindset. Sure, each trick ended in failure...but the fact that Dewey took each "L" with grace and didn't stop coming up with weird trick ideas on the spot is impressive
Ah yes, the episode that marks Daisy's first ever appearance in the DuckTales universe i was so glad they finally decided to make her part of it after this episode, also Daisy looked totes drop dead gorgeous in that dress wouldn't you say IAZ?
@@owenfautley She was also featured in Legend of the Three Cabelarros or however you say it, but it's noncanon and is another somewhat toxic version of the character. It was a 2017 show and it's on Disney+
@@killernyancat8193 I do know that I am just sad we won't get to see much of this version I know we have seen her once more but there are not many episodes left before it is over.
Louie's Eleven is easily one of my Top 10 favorite episodes in the whole series. Along with Woohoo, The Shadow War, The Most Dangerous Game Night, Last Christmas, Moonvasion, Quack Pack, Double O Duck, and a couple episodes Zamber has yet to react to. And I suspect that this list might not even stay the same as we approach the finale.
Between 10:24 and 10:40 you can see Zamber go from "oh my gosh, she's perfect" to mentally thinking "Oh, fuck, she's *actually going to kill him!*" Also, notice - Donald is using the “sit down you disobedient child!” voice that he uses with the nephews... and NOT the “I am going to violently obliterate you” voice that he does when he’s angry. He’s defending Daisy... by treating her attacker like an immature child.
This is the first time in the near-century since her creation that Daisy has been genuinely interesting. It's like an even more extreme version of Boba Fett in The Mandalorian.
I can tell you were trying to place who Daisy was by her voice, then Louie mentioned it, and you were so happy! Believe me, we were all happy! Expect to see Daisy again in a future episode! You'll love her even more!
I was also weirdly thinking of that “Simple and Clean” Donald cover when Donald was singing in this episode. Ain’t that convenient. And it looks like you didn’t recognize Daisy at first. Understandable, as her appearance in this series is apparently based on how she looked on one specific Disney short. It was a fun episode overall, even if I’ve never seen “Oceans 11” before.
This version of Daisy is easily my favorite portrayal of her, hands down. Look, I know the shows almost over and I really appreciate all the hard work the creators put into it, but I really hope this isn't the last we see of the 2017 cast.
I remember watching and I was like “finally!!! they have a character like daisy that can actually understand Donald.” Then when I saw daisy kicking ass, I was like omg this two are perfect for each other they’re toxic couple in a good way They got angry temper when someone hurt their significant other
1:22 Why is it always "the fourth" with everything in this show? 4th coolest thing you've ever done. 4th weirdest thing you've caught at sea. 4th weirdest thing that happened to us at Christmas.
You really gotta love Daisy's design! Different flipper and beak colors from the cast and her hair is really nice (also the outfits are nice)! Also love that they tried to make her into a fashion designer since in the comics she likes "fashion" but doesn't really do that stuff for work as far as I am aware.
So far, this is one of my Top 5 favorite episodes of Season 3! I really hope Donald gets more focus in the finale; especially with his new relationship with Daisy.
"'Yippie ki yah, Mr falcon!' is a line used in the censored version of 'Die Hard 2' replacing more colorful words. Hearing Donald use right before attack Falcon Graves had me pause the episode as I calmed down from the reference.
As an Disney fan/pro myself, the whole point of this episode is to finally get Daisy to join the DuckTales franchise and have the ultimate relationship in the show: Donald and Daisy. It'll make me tear up when I think the old cartoons they had together when Donald sings to Daisy like that. And when they fought together was awesome as we c Daisy's anger kick in, and later Donald defending for her as she wasn't fault at all for the party. Disney nailed this episode hard for the duck couple that we know in love, plus a cool reference to Ocean's Eleven original film which was 11/11 😉. Thank you Disney, and thank you Zamber for the reaction. 🙂👍
Aw TBH I expected you to have a paused shocked expression at Donald’s singing where you’d use the title card from spongebob with the narrator going “10 minutes later” when the song finished. But you had a fun moment too. It was great they brought back the henchmen that appeared in the first ever episode for this one. It’s funny how Webby always fight her and she represents the questions that we all wondered about Webby that will never get answered. Since we’re nearing the end, might we suggest shows to replace ducktales in your reaction series? Like Big Hero 6 since you can binge that show now it’s completed
I love this episode! Also, will you start getting some ideas for a new show to replace DuckTales when you're done with it? If you haven't seen it yet, perhaps consider Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2018)? It's a really great show, and I think you'd love it.
This is the most endearing Donald and Daisy have ever been. Purest OTP.
Agreed
That and the Donald and Daisy Noah's Ark short.
Ah, there it is, a version of the Donald/Daisy relationship that doesn't feel toxic as all hell
How was it in Quack Pack?
So much better

In case anyone was curious, the last name Duck is just extremely common like Smith in this world.
Yeah, I figured it's just one of those Scottish clan names like O'Donnel or McCloud.
@Damien Sheets that does not explain why she already has the last name Duck.
The best version of Donald and Daisy's relationship where it doesn't feel toxic
Also, Mark Beak's mom
Yes!! I remember when I was younger I wasn’t into Donald & Daisy but this version is so much better. It’s so pure & they are equal to each other
The only Donsy version that isn't toxic and made me rage with pure anger.
In the Mickey Mouse shorts, they were a happy, unhappy couple.
Have you watched that short from Fantasia 2000 about the ark of Noah? They are also cute there.
@@prata9740 No, I didn't watch Fantasia. Maybe I'll check it out one of these days.

She hears Donald's voice differently than everyone else which is why she was enthralled by his singing. So sweet!

Falcon Graves' comfused look before going, “Mom?!?” and seeing the similarity between Emma Glamour and Mark Beaks is always funny.

This is a great version of Daisy Duck. She has great chemistry with Donald and I can totally see her fitting into the McDuck/Duck family well.

Daisy's modern actress came back for the show, just glad they did not re-cast her
This was such a better set-up for those two's relationship. It's been, well, dysfunctional in too many other incarnations, to put it mildly.
Here's a hint; *HI I'M DAISY!*
@Travis Smith When I think of *that* meme, it always makes me think of this comic: www.shortpacked.com/comic/hi-i039m-daisy
Donald singing simple and clean is surprisingly not absolutely horrid
Actually nvm it is lol
Donald's voice makes my brain hurt.

Zamber: Scrooge or who?
Scrooge marches in, loudly playing the bagpipes doing it badly to get them to surrender, only to get easily captured
