Yeah, he's at a dead-hang or close to it for every rep. He should lock the top of the rep for a beat too just to really show the pull up who's the boss 😂
It's the only way pull ups should be done.. I always laugh when people post pull up videos where they keep their arms bent all the time. Like, there is a big difference between doing a pull-up and half a pull up...
@@Pepe-pq3om honestly the very bottom of the movement is the hardest. I know because I can do it like this multiple times too, its called using the stretch reflex. but if you stayed down there for a few seconds and tried to pull up its much harder because it requires immense shoulder stabilization. Not saying this isn't impressive, but if he somehow did it while pausing at bottom each time thats a different level

@@georgepetrou501 Nope. I stopped training for it years ago but back then got good enough to hold my chin over the bar with one arm for over 10 seconds. I still workout but not trying to be as strong as possible like I was at the time I made this comment, nine years ago.
oh, well it's more like 13, but with each arm, your title makes it seem like it was 26 on ONE arm straight lmao...that said, this is STILL absolutely impressive. And it was apparently in the MIDDLE of your workout??? So you weren't even entirely at full strength when doing this. Sheesh, man!
@@JohnDoe-id5ih I would have said the title is misleading if he had dropped down between reps, but he didn't. I will go further and say this alternating style should be the standard for doing one-arm pullups.
That is absolutely insane strength. I was sceptical and assumed there would be a short range of motion and lots of kippin but no, just a strong ass dude. Amazing display
I want to leave a hilariously snarky comment to cover over my insecurity at never being able to do something like this, but I am overwhelmed and blown away and impressed into respectful silence. Well done sir, at life, and at winning the internet.
Also prioritizing strength and mass on the upper torso without letting legs get too strong/heavy to lift. I have found if strength/weight is balanced across the body, acheiving more than 100% body weight on many motions is quite difficult. Fitness is a functional trade-off. Get too big, and running is difficult etc.
Crazy Strength! I can only do 24 regular pull-ups (at 215 lbs) Your pull-ups were very clean,.. though it was not 26 one arm pull-ups. It was 26 one arm pull-ups by alternating arms
*physics has left the room* In all reality though what the hell. That genuinely is the most impressive gym feat I’ve seen in a while. How long did it take you to build up to that degree of strength?
I used to be able to do 20 on 1 arm (palms facing towards) when I weighed 70kg though I weigh about 85kg now and can only get to 10 and that is on a good day.
For some reason I thought he would do them on one arm only, still super impressive, I can barely do 20 pull ups with 2 arms, I tried 1 arm and that feels so far off
No unnecessary hype. No prank. Just raw strength.
no bs editing
This guy should apply for TV show , American Ninja warriors 😊
Its a prank bro
it is actually a prank and u fell for it
Oh my god we get it. You’re old and can’t navigate the internet.
Bro is doing the full range of motion too. Absolute bonkers

This is one of the most impressive feats of strength of TH-cam.
Insane.
Watch Dawei Sama the fierce of the france
Dat gym has no gravity
harap white Believe it or not, he's training in 100x gravity
vblackaaisdcha9hu he's is a super sayian, he always train with high gravity XD
that must be it fr😂
Nah he has little mass
Gravity actually has been debunked
That is one of the most impressive things I have ever seen. You do cleaner pull ups than most guys do with 2 hands.
Haha thank you!
Most men can't even do a single pull up, much less, 26 one arm pull ups.
how is this clean when he isn't dead hanging before every pull up?

They're 13 one handed pull ups, with each arm. Meaning 26 one-arm pull ups.
☝️🤓did you get hurt by this video😢
Phenomenal back and bicep strength. But the grip strength is on a whole other level. Much respect!
Maybe the most impressive feat of strength I ever witnessed.
I am 9 years late to this but. I legit came in fully ready to doubt the legitimacy of such a title. NGL that's crazy impressive, I still can't do one.
Raw strength, raw endurance, raw video. It’s simply THE BEST.
I will never see such insane feat of strength like that again
Guess I will prove you wrong happily!😊
I didn’t think this was possible before this video
im more impressed by the tissues not falling off
The technique and the rythm are amazing, huge respect!
Credit where credit’s due. Bro’s auditioning for the Avengers
Possibly one of the most impressive things I have ever seen. It's a combination of your immaculate form and ROM, unstopping tempo, and endurance.
This deserves way more views
thats insane dawg
thats some serious strength right there
holy shit man. THis is unreal
Bruh WTF! One arm motion way cleaner than me using my WHOLE ENTIRE soul!!! Algorithm knew I would need 9 years to prepare myself lol
You can literally see how his biceps get a pump from the beginning to the end.
Incredible strength well done!!
Oh **** off. I'm struggling to do 5 pullups and here's this guy casually doing 26 single arm pullups.
That's mindblowing. Congrats
Beyond impressive!

how much is your max weighted pull up? and any tips on what exercises to do to get your first 1 arm pull up?
Freakish strength! Kudos 😎👌🏻
Absolutely insane. I hope i can do a single one arm pull-up someday
Damn that's nuts, great work!

Mad respect man

man as a fellow calisthenics boy that takes some ridiculous strenght.
You're a living God. This is just absurd.
I don't know why his pull up strength is so crazy. Typically you would have significantly stronger dips but with him it seems to be the reverse.
No i can do the same but i m just a human...
Post a video of you doing it. Would love to see
why are you worshipping him?
A single dead hang chin-up is extremely difficult. Doing this many is so absurd it borders on the mystical.
I like the aproach of alternating like dumbell curls
Awesome. So strong!
