How to create a new folder on your iPhone 6s, 6sPlus,7, 7s plus,8 iphone X
i found this simple task to be not so simple because I'm used to the behavior of the 4s. hope this helps

where did the title bar come from? My iphone6s has different icons than you show, but I have never found the title bar to create a new folder by name. I was told you had to drop the icons into existing folders, and you could not create a new folder. It appears in your video you have a tool to create new folders, but left out how to get that app.

ok, saw another video, and saw how the title bar automatically appears. and it's not from another app, it's what the ios does. just goes to show, you can watch a video, and even hear what is being said, but sometimes even the simple things get overlooked.

What's also sad is Apple as smart as they are, didn't just utilize the 3D Touch system to assist in making a folder and nested folders.
