- I WAS ATTACKED ON MY MOTOR IN THE PHILIPPINES! BUT IT WAS HILARIOUS AND AWESOME!
Here in the Philippines, expect to come across Festivals and Fiestas... and maybe from time to time, expect to be overwhelmed with a little bit of excitement, or in this case... water!! I was driving back to Bulacan from Baguio, when I came across a huge party on a bridge! Turns out, it was a Fiesta that involved a lot of water! The locals were having a huge water fight, and soaking everyone around...
Yes, I got attacked by water while on my motor! It was hilarious and so fun!
In this video, we stop over in Urdaneta, and then make our way to the motor shop of Boy Perstaym. It was so great meeting his family, and trying some snacks! We will go on a motor adventure sometime in the future! Until then... I will watch out for motor fiesta attacks!! :D

That is so cool to hear all the different dialects palagi dito sa channel mo Kulas. I love learning even bits and pieces. When I was a kid we would drive through Urdaneta to get to the beach in San Fabian. Dad and Mom would always stop at the market to pick up egg pie, mangos, singkamas, and siniguelas for us kids. I remember the drive from Pampanga felt so long back then but what wonderful memories. When we stayed in Pangasinan we would always attend Sunday Mass at a church in San Fabian. I remember just following along but not understanding the language. I think they may have been speaking Pangalatok. I only speak English, Kapampangan and Tagalog… and bits of Bisaya. Oh, how I would love to learn Pangalotok. Thanks for this series! I really appreciate your vlogs. Eases the homesickness. I love my Filipino culture and I love sharing with my son.

10:10 Apalit is still a town of Pampanga. It shares a border with Calumpit, Bulacan separated by a bridge, so when you cross it suddenly an 'ebon' (egg in Capampangan) becomes an 'ibon' (bird in Tagalog) LOL

Baguio City is so unique and the weather there is cool which is great, but it's so busy now.

You chould have stayed in Urdaneta City or the Province of Pangasinan longer so many places to enjoy.
Just try to visit Balanga city of Bataan.Its a nice place and its highly recommended for the tourist.

The fiesta was at the town of Apalit, Pampanga for St. Peter, they celebrate it with a fluvial procession in the river, next town to it is Calumpit, Bulacan also have the same fiesta for St. John the Baptist, we call it Libad sa Ilog.
Definitely, Philippines has changed..there were no proper roads before..
