I don't mind the sidekick part, but he does look at Mark as to how to react and the mimics the reactions. At one one point this video he eats something and a very quick surprised "mmm" came out before Mark. I LOVED that little part, it was a pleasant surprise. No more using the word perfect, enough with that.

This is such a great video, you can go from a .15 cent per stick street food cart to a restaurant serving beautifully made traditional royal food.
