YOu are the best channel for Thai travellers. ONE simple reason: you speak Thai even though I do not understand what the heck you are talking about with the locals... But that is good enough for most of your viewers

Thailand has such a beautiful culture and it is best represented by their street food! And Thai people are so well mannered. Your video is so nice, because it is not over produced and Thanks for not wearing a mask on the video. We need to have Happy videos and not videos trying to make us more afraid and depress. Can you go to that Street near Khaosan Road that has a Svenson Ice Cream Parlor. There a stall beside a 7-11 that sells Garlic Chicken and Masala Chicken and other dishes..., you can also see a fruit shake stand that sells Pomegranade juice and shakes. But your clue is the Svenson Ice Cream restaurant. I forgot the name of that street.
Dude, it's regulations and common sense. In some places you must wear masks, in some places you don't. When you will be here, hopefully you can understand this too

The veggies were steamed and the sauce that you took a little spoon to the mouth was most likely spicy shrimp paste that your suppose to

Thailand is a safe city, not dangerous. Thai people are friendly, sincere, good-hearted, cheap food, inexpensive cost of living.
I guess you're more used to spicy now hehe. I remember in Moscow when I buy sauces labelled 'extra spicy' and waiting for the spice to kick in - but nothing!!!!))
When I have my friends over, I always had to be extra careful to reduce spices, to avoid the reaction you had at the start of this post.
