My mom was a wonderful seamstress and made our costumes every year (wish I had them). Back when I was younger it wasn’t always creativity but necessity. Money was tight and that was the cheapest option.

All these ideas are amazing! I love them all! My mom was a great DIYer and always came up with original ideas for BDays and holidays. Some of my best memories are of her sitting at the dining table with glue, paper and scissors. Your little ones will cherish those memories when they are an old lady like me.😊
